Forminator Form not showing on live site, but visible in preview and admin dashb

I am using the Forminator plugin to create forms on my WordPress site. The forms appear fine in the admin dashboard and when previewing them, but they do not show up on the live website. I have cleared the cache, deactivated other plugins, and switched to a default theme, but the issue persists. Can anyone help resolve this or provide any suggestions on what could be causing the issue?

Form not appearing in some browsers

I created this form recently, I have used it successfully, but the organization’s vice chairperson (Vito) did not see the form on his computer, only the page title, author block, and footer. We are both using Firefox, I am on a Mac, and he is on a PC. I have asked a friend to check on his PC (which he will do later tonight when back at home).

I have browsed this forum and not seen this specific question, though I did see other post about nonloading forms under conditions different from ours. I also read up on Ajax vs page reload (I am using Ajax for Behavior, which seemed to be the recommended method) and now understand the difference conceptually (reloading changed elements only vs. reloading the full page). I am not a developer by any means; together Vito and I looked at source code to see if we could find where the form loading did not happen, and there did not seem to be a difference between what I was seeing and what he was seeing.

The form has suddenly started showing error msg. Instead of showing the form it shows:- “Error:?This contact form is placed in the wrong place.” in place of form. Can you please help with this issue?

No Form Shows ever but “Edit form” (only) shows when logged in

I just started using Forminator on one site where it works fine. Both sites use the Theme Grill “ColorMag” theme. Contact Form 7 works properly with the 923xrk.org website for both the events-psa and the contact forms. When Forminator is used, the form does not show whether the site is in admin mode or regular mode. When it is in admin, just the “Edit form” shows which does link back to the edit page for the form.

I have turned off all of the other plug-ins to no avail. I am unaware of any caching save for any that may be a part of WordPress. The current version (6.5.3) of WordPress is used on both sites and all plug ins are the latest versions.

I was testing the plugin to show to my client but it seems that form which shows name, email and all isn’t showing at all. I am using Oceanwp Theme and have disabled all cache plugins.

The donation form is not displaying on the frontend, but when I am logged in there are not issues and its loading normally.

I have disabled the cache for this page, I disabled the caching plugin, but still the form is not loading.

Form not showing properly on Divi

Hello,

I have an issue regarding Forminator in combination with Divi. I added a two-step form to my page with the custom code module in Divi and at first, it wasn’t showing the form at all when I opened the page in an incognito tab. When I looked at it when I was logged in as an admin it worked just fine.

Then I found a solution in the forum where somebody just added the custom css:

#forminator-module-691 {
display: block !important;
}

I did that with my module number as well and now it’s showing the fields where you can enter information but it is not showing the steps at the top and the ‘next’ and ‘back’ buttons that are supposed to be below the field.

Can somebody help me with that maybe?

Form Stopped Showing

Hi,

Our form suddenly stopped showing on the page today.

The form shortcode is there on the backend but no longer appears on the front end of the page today. (It should be visible at the bottom of the page under the word
“Register”.) It was there yesterday.

I’ve cleared the caches on the theme and the site as well as the browser. I don’t see any errors in the console.

I am seeing this message in the Site Health Status: The scheduled event, forminator_send_export, is late to run.

I do not know if that has anything to do with the form suddenly not showing on the front of the page or not.

Would someone be able to look at the page and offer some advice?

Form not popping up pages

Hello everyone,

I am using Forminator for the 1st time. Following instructions, I have successfully created my form and linked PayPal.

Then, when completed I published it which gave me the shortcode.

I copied, then went to my page in order to paste the shortcode. BUT when I clicked on the Forminator icon above, it did not pop-up to allow me to select the form I created previously!

Can you please help?
I am using latest version of WP with Twenty Seventeen Theme.

P.S – I deactivated all my plugins, and then everything worked fine. One plugin could have been causing the issues. I am leaving this post here as it might help someone else having that same issue

The forms (create from Forminator) do not show in FireFox or in Chrome when on my phone. The form shows when viewing from Chrome on my desktop

I followed the advice from this post https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/new-form-is-not-displaying-in-firefox-but-displays-in-chrome/ (This person did not get it resolved, they changed to a caldera form)

I cleared my site cache, and my browser cache and have the latest version of FireFox.
Please help.
