(1) a user cannot select any of the ‘suggested’ amount boxes, so what are those boxes for? Or is there a way I can make the functionality intuitive so a selection of a box auto-fills the amount and allows the user to continue on to donate.
(2) a user cannot enter a dollar amount in the blank box because it is already filled with $0.00. Instead a user must click on that amount and delete it and then enter a dollar amount.
(3) Even if (1) and (2) were fixed, it seems it may not matter because, after selecting the DONATE button, the user is sent to another page where the donation amount entered has disappeared and so it must be re-entered.
(4) The page that a user is sent to has text which I’d prefer not be there such as the author/date and a request for the user to login if they have an account.

This is when it doesn’t (I don’t get the messages but this is to show that even customers don’t get a error message displayed):

Any fixes for this ?
I suspect the issue could be down to the laravel coding on the website? I am not skilled with web dev but trying to upskill currently to address this issue.
I read somewhere I can use Contact 7 or Ninja Forms to help implement the Hubspot forms, but I assumed the plugin would have taken care of this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best
Thank you

I’ve cleared the cache of my website, used a different browser but it’s still not working.
Please any help or suggestions?
PS. I added a link to the form in question.
]]>Recently installed this plugin to setup reCAPTCHA protection for my contact forms. After adding in the key and clearing cache everything seems to work however when I go to test the form nothing gets sent and it just sits on the page in the browser.
Could someone please assist with this as the Captcha integration is helpful but I must have the ability for users to send a contact request.
After disabling the plugin and clearing cache the forms work fine which confirms there is a issue with the plugin.
]]>My form stopped working and it seems like it is due to “No lists were found” error that is now showing within Easy Forms.
I deleted the form within Easy Form but I cannot create since I have no active lists. I am not sure how to add a list as I already have an Audience and Tags setup within Mailchimp.
What is causing the error that is preventing me from recreating a form?
Thanks,
Dan
When the same form is embedded on another page it works correctly.

Seems to be a conflict occurring on the home page but not the test page.
