Hey,

We noticed that Forminator is not sending submissions to our email. After checking, there were new updates for plugin as well as for Elementor. After updating, we received this email with critical error information:

Failure when submitting form

I am having an issue when submitting a form. I have a checkbox that has to be ticked so that the form can be submitted, but an error message is thrown, warning that the checkbox has to be ticked, even though it is. I have disabled all plugins (except Forminator) and enabled them one by one, but there was no change. I have paused the website in Cloudflare, but there was no change. I have purged the cache in Cloudflare, no change. I have deactivated Breeze, no change. The only time I did see a change is when I changed the language from Spanish (website native language) to English with the Translatepress plugin. I got a message that the account had been created but checking if the user was actually created, she had not been. I checked the console and found the following Forminator error:

As can be seen, there is an error registered referring to the Popup Master Pro plugin. I deactivated the plugin and tried to submit the form, but once again, there was no change.

Before reporting the issue here, I have checked the forum and there seem to be at least a couple of similar issues in the last hours:

Forbidden on Form Submissions

Hello – we are having an issue with compatibility of the Clean Talk Anti-Spam plugin with a plugin called User Registration (at https://wpuserregistration.com/). We get a “Forbidden” message when we attempt to submit the form on the page when Clean Talk is enabled and the issue goes away when we deactivate Clean Talk.

Can we have your help on that please?

Form submission error

Hi,

I keep getting error message on my form. I discovered when the form is filled appropriately without errors the form submits, but when the form is filled and a box or two boxes are missed, click the submit button, the error comes up, after correcting the error, the error remains even when there’s no error left on the form.

Hi guys, I’ve been having form submission errors for months now, not sure why. Sometimes the form works, usually when I am logged in to the admin. Other times customers and I cannot submit booking requests and get repeated “Something went wrong while making an Ajax submission” errors. I have turned the Ajax form submission off, same error.

Your help would be appreciated because I love the plugin!

I have the latest version of the fluent form.

When and after used enter their details when they submit the form the get an error “There has been a critical error on this website.”.

Also how do I restrict or stop multiple subissions by the same person eg using

Hi. A form we created is giving an error message please submit again. When. the form is submitted. It captures the submission but there is no notification email either.

Form submissions not going through but receiving payments inPayPal

Some of my customers’ form submissions are not going through (we don’t receive the submissions and some of them receive an error message), but we’ve been getting their payments on PayPal, which was how we found out about this issue. Missing out contact data. Don’t see any information

Hey,
I used forminator in my 3 web pages such as free trial, get quote and contact us form. When i submit form, i get only notification in my email. No data is seen there. All 3 form have same issue. I see all my message in formanitor plugin dashboard under submission section. When i used contact form 7, data is seen in my web mail. I want to see data in my web mail not in plugin dashboard. what is the problem? hoew may i solve this?

Error with form submission on Windows

We are receiving an error whenever a donor attempts to submit a donation.

“Unable to submit form. Please try again.
There was an error with processing your form submission. Please reload the page and try again.”

This only occurs on Windows from what we can determine. No problem with Mac/Chrome.
