If you enter each piece of information and click Send, the form ID will be sent, not the information will be returned.
And it is also a problem that the check box is set as a mandatory item, but it becomes a submit without checking.
There is another thread from one year ago asking the same question, but all the solutions mentioned there don’t work with the current version.

This forms appears across all pages on our site.
On the backend, the form has a JS script running that assigns a long random string to the submission. This is becasue our autoresponder needs each submission to be unique, or it is rejected on the back end.
Really, we need this form to be excepted from Cleantalk.
We have tried adding exclusion by form field name “Phone”, however it does not work, and the error message persists.
How can we resolve please.

]]>I tried to troubleshoot by editing the block to see if something had changed since the last time the form worked. I’m noticing any new options. I tried the option at the bottom of the block, under “advanced” to “send test email.” I get a confirmation that the test email has been sent, but I don’t actually receive anything.
I do not have a pro account, but the form worked perfectly when I set it up earlier this year. I’m not sure at what point it stopped working because I don’t test it frequently and I don’t get many submissions.
I just updated my Otter Blocks plugin to v3.0.5 thinking that an update might fix the issue. Unfortunately, I’m still getting the same error. Any help would be most appreciated. If I can’t fix this, I’ll have to stop using Otter Blocks for my form and find another option.
]]>The form displays fine in the editor and on the UI but there is a problem with a drop-down list. On the front-end the value is not retained when it is selected. It appears to function correctly in the editor when a value is selected. On the UI, logging the action in the console shows the value selected.
There seems to be a theme effect as well because the Go GoDaddy theme in the repository does not show the default select option which correctly displays in Twenty Twentyfour
