We have recently upgraded our environment WordPress to version 5.9
We experience the same problem as the Deloitte OSP team in a earlier topic:
Almost everything is working but we encountered a weird issue with Form Maker.
The Edit/Duplicate/Delete buttons are missing when you hover over a form section as shown: https://i.imgur.com/EaGqp7h.png
It should look like https://i.imgur.com/zM8HlKd.png
Thanks in Advance.
1.) In the Settings for a form the “Action after Submission” does not correctly work – it doesn’t show the text I set in “Custom Text”.
2.) In “JavaScript” for a form the function “after_submit()” does not get fired. But “before_load()” and “before_submit()” work fine.
Please help me solving this, because at the moment I’m not able to show a text to tell my visitors that their message has been successfully sent.
Thank you!

Almost everything is working but our team encountered a weird issue with Form Maker.
The Edit/Duplicate/Delete buttons are missing when you hover over a form section as shown:
For reference, this is how it looks in our production environment running WordPress version 5.4.2.
Both environments are running the same version of 10Web Manager and Form Maker Pro.
Thanks!
Deloitte OSP Team
i hope you can help me.
1. If i make a registration form, is it possible to make a account site for my users with formmaker.
2. Can i display the submissions form each person on his/her profil, so that only the person can see the sub?
Thank you.
I’ve spot-checked the save to database setting in the general settings, and they are checked.
Any idea what could be going on, or how I should trouble-shoot this?
I created this topic to inform you that the file upload looks off on the Edge browser.
Would it be possible to obtain the path to the template file so that I can modify the code and find a solution for Edge browser?
Thank You.
