Issue with Simplepress Forum topics

I am having an issue with the forum topics that are created turning in to reusable wordpress blocks on my site.
I think it might be a storage issue, yet I am not sure how to tackle it.
Please help, as soon as you can.

Hello. Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I am being overwhelmed by email from plugin and forum topics that I’m not subscribed to. I go to the plugin or forum topic from the email and it says “subscribe” on the right whe I login to work.org. So I do not get the option to unsubscribe. I’ve seen some posts regarding this but but still keep getting emails and it’s getting worse. I like the forums and being able to get help here but if this continues I will have to mark them all as spam which I’d rather not. Is there anyone who can help me out with this? Ty in advance.

I can longer create posts or view existing posts (they show up in the forum but can not view the actual post)

I didn’t notice when the problem started. I had installed Groups hierarchy plugin which did not work so I un-installed it. I suspect this is related to the problem. But I also upgraded WP to 3.8.3 from 3.8.2 so maybe that had an effect. I am not a developer so I have no idea how to get it working agin. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Forum Server Plug-in Additional Pages Stuck

We have the Forum Server plug-in installed on our blog. It recently starting having problems loading any topics on our second page of items.

If you click on any topic on the second page, it reverts back to the page of topics again. It never advances.

Is there a reason for this? Also, our newest topic is being placed at the end of the list (end of page 2) rather than at the top. Is this related?
