]]>I’ve seen a few people post about this before, but I’m getting ready to ditch this plugin since I can’t get to my settings anymore!! The “support us” popup comes up on every page, and I can’t get away from the “Dashboard” panel of W3. I click “Save” or “cancel,” and the popup comes right back, and I cannot get ANYWHERE.
Please help!! This is absurd!!!

]]>I found that there are many different voice around the internet about the BEST or Fastest Cache Method Setting for W3 Total Cache. I think it is great to have the “Real and Reliable” advice from the plugin author or some caching professional about this argument topic.
Let assume that there are:
Two Different Setting: Single Server and Multiple Server
Two Different Use of WordPress: Normal Blog or Dynamic Web Application ( For example: Woocommerce)

]]>totally awesome plugin by the way.
small issues though and I really appreciate any help you can offer.
I am using plesk on a dedicated centos server using apache as a backend and nginx as a proxy.
yesterday the minify was working fine and there was a minified css file inside wp-content/w3tc/min/xxxx/
it then disappeared after a yum upgrade
I tried to uninstall and reinstall and reconfiguring everything
it only works if I turn off Rewrite URL structure
the minute I turn it back on, it stops
i tried caching the minify cache method between disk, memcached and apc and noticed that when i using the disk method, a folder is created by apache inside /min/ but no contents
I tried to set 777 on the folder and rerun everything to create the minified file and what I get is that the folders and .htaccess is chowned by apache:apache and not myuser:psacln
I tried to chown everything back to user:psacln and try again, that didnt work so I tried running php as a fast cgi app and that doesnt work, so I went back to apache mod with safe mode off, what then happpens is I get a file created in the folder called
default.include.css.id
the contents of the folder is this string 1350314430
nothing else.
can you please point me in the right direction?
Thanks
]]>After reading every accolade on Total Cache, It’s really stumping me on installing it. I’ve gone through most of the topic posts and have tried the various modifications, all to no success-yet.
After crashing with each reimplementation, I’m now up to .htaccess8 as my rename prior to restoring the historical ‘base’.
As I look in the error log, I’m getting the following result:
“.htaccess: Regex could not be compiled”
I’ve 777’d just about every possible directory and the empty .htaccess file. I’ve set .php, .php4 and .php5 to runs under “.php 5x, .php 4x and .php5x” respectively prior to installation and at various points in prior attempts. I’ve looked through the cgi admin, and ensured safe_mode = disabled.
I’m now stumped.
Mr. Townes or anyone…your suggestions are very appreciated, and many advance thanks.
