Free events and booking without any price

We’re a non profit organization. Can I create free events without a price so that on the event booking page as in the confirmation mails the price won’t show up? Searched and found another thread about hiding if the price is 0, but can’t find the code that needs to be altered (which was provided in the solution).

Possible feature for the future: Would simply love to have a checkmark “free” so no price will show up on any page or mail in the process. I’d be happy to donate for that feature. =)

Free Event issue

Hello, I’m having an issue with the free Event Calendar plugin. The events I create are always free, but for some reason lately, it’s been showing the cost as $10. I tried changing it to zero or free, but it keeps showing $10. If I change the settings it shows “free- $10” or “$10”. This started happening in August I believe. It shows $10 on both the calendar page, and inside the event itself. We are a non-profit so can’t afford the paid upgrade. Please help!

Hi,
I’ve set up a registration form that includes some items that are free and some items that require a fee. When the user selects only the free events, the registrant sees a PayPal icon, but it isn’t active/clickable. Can you suggest a work around to submit the information for the free events AND submit information for the paid events in one form?

I am continuing to modify the form so the URL provided above may not show my current problem

Always appears GRATUTIO or FREE in our events despite we fill out a price. how can we fix it? or even more, how can we remove complete price field in order not to appear pricer neither FREE.

Congrats on finally improving things in a big way.

Problem is, I can’t find where to remove the default setting for Free Events. I’d rather the default NOT display whether it’s free or not and allow me to choose whether to add that little detail.

Also, I gather the previous exclusive support forum for registered/paid users is no longer in effect?

Simplify Free Event Process

Fantastic plugin and app! I’m very excited to have discovered it. We’re ticketing for a free event (limited number of seats). I’d really like the front end user experience to be to fill in the ticket owner name and email; that’s it. There’s no other need for pricing or additional steps. From there, the ticket would be displayed/emailed. Is this possible?

Also, are you working on a Gravity Forms integration?

Free Event Registration Only?

I’m usually pretty good with this stuff. I want to use camptix as a registration point only for a free event of a team building exercise. So people register their name and email.

I have Paypal enabled – set to NO…
So why does it still ask me for “Payment methods have not been configured yet. Please try again later.”

Is it not possible or it MUST be a Paypal costing event?
