Some changes do not appear after updating

I’m using a free Qi theme and some changes I do in Elementor update and some don’t update. I already deleted the cache but nothing changes.

The text I changed and the button colors for example update but the background images don’t.

Can you help?

How can I edit header image for separate devices?

Hi, it’s me again! I was wondering if it’s possible to edit the header image in such a way that I can adjust for multiple devices?

First I thought that if I changed to mobile or tablet view, that I was only editing for that view. But now I’ve noticed that it just keeps changing for all devices. So, now my text on the header image looks great on desktop but not on mobile and terrible on tablet.

Please let me know if it’s possible to change it separately.

Why is there an ad on the homepage which is unvisible when I edit the homepage?

I only use free themes and I’ve used Astra, Ocean, Customizr, Generate Press (along with Elementor). I wanted to get away from Elementor and just use Gutenberg to simplify my Woocommerce site in order to boost my Google Pagespeed insights score (which was around 40). I found that Blocksy gave me the MOST features in an easy to use layout. It’s wicked fast too. Every time I ask myself “I wonder if they’ll let me change that?” – I find out, they do! (be sure to click on the little right arrows on certain items in the customizations area.) I was able to get my site into the mid 90’s on Pagespeed insights. I had to write to support for an outdated template error that just popped up on my site. They responded by email within the hour to let me know that they were already aware of the problem and working on the fix. Thank you Blocksy!!!!
