I created a backup of the files and the plugins with the free version and receive the notification “Please enter your decryption key to decrypt your backup.” The backup was not set as encrypted. I am using BackWPup version 5.0.9 and WordPress Version 6.7.2. Is there a solution for this? Thank you for your reply.

Elementor Editor Loading Issue After Updating Free Version

We are experiencing an issue with the Elementor editor not fully loading after updating the free version from 3.25.11 to newer versions (up to 3.27.7). While the editor interface appears, the widgets remain in a loading state.

The Elementor editor only functions correctly when the free version is at 3.25.11. Alternatively, after updating the free version to 3.27.7, the editor only loads fully when Elementor’s Safe Mode is enabled (via the Tools section).

In the Elementor System Info, the message “Elementor Pro – Compatibility Tag Incompatible” is displayed. This suggests that Elementor Pro version 3.27.7 is not compatible with newer versions of Elementor free.

We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue so that we can utilize the latest features of Elementor.

I’ve used the UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore plugin for a few years now on my own website and clients’ sites and it works flawlessly every time. The worst situation with a backup plugin or software is when you are put to the test to actually restore a site from the backups and find they didn’t backup correctly or the restoration process is really difficult, but that is definitely not the case with UpdraftPlus. Restoring a website from your backups is really easy, works smoothly, and it even prompts you to remove the old files you have just replaced to keep your WordPress installation cleaned up. Great plugin and highly recommend it!

I cannot reach to let the plugin set the status pre-ordered after the completion of the checkout process of a pre-order products.

The status is present in the system, I can change it in the order editing.

Problem is that when the user checkout the order, it became directly completed and not ‘pre-ordered’ as exptected

First you see their free version explanation, you think that you can connect many social accounts to your website, but when you try this plugin, you see that it was all shit! just a few socials are available for connect and many of them are in pro version.

Filters don’t work no matter what. Free version. Archive page. Main Query.

The filters are in place using the shortcode. I am using the widget on the archive page, since it’s the free version. At first I didn’t set any specific class or id to the wrapper: didn’t work. Then I tried setting a class or id to the wrapper: also didn’t work.
When I move that same class up and down the HTML, nothing happens.
I don’t think I can buy the PRO version if I can’t get the most basic filtering option.
For context, I am using Extendable block theme.

Updates dissapear

A continuing issue is when Elementor sends an update to the free plugin and to the Pro, the pro plugin update fails after the free is updated. Sometimes I can update the free and then reload the page to get to the update for the pro, but not the last 2 times. The update just dissapears and I cannot access it. Plus I can no longer login to the pro support, it is now two factor and the security code goes to the site owner, who pays the bills but I am the site IT.
Why is this a continuing issue?

I’m looking for an overview of available functionality of the free vs paid version of this plugin. Most freemium plugins here on www.ads-software.com provide such an overview in the form of a table somewhere, but I could not find it for Pronamic Pay.

I know this has been asked before, but that one is marked as Resolved without a (viewable) answer.

Background: we’re a foundation (‘stichting’) in The Netherlands based on pure volunteers work. When I need budget I have to motivate this, even for € 59,29 / year.
