I am looking for just one solution, I want to be able to add/edit post categories/tags from front end. I have read the tutorial on the Frontier Post website but not able to understand since I dont know php, also couldnt find any video tuts on youtube. Would really appreciate the help.

I have gotten as far as setting up a few dummy registered user accounts so I can take the role of an owner of a venue and of a musician, both with Author capabilities.

What I’m not liking is that in those roles, they see a reduced version of my site’s dashboard. I’d like to mask all those distracting menus and keep them focused on working their own content. They even get to see every image in the media collection. I think that should be off limits.

I suppose an example might be Eventbrite. You only see what you should be seeing to create your own content.

If there are any working examples where I could experience the site in a registered role, I would love to do that.

Like Wikipedia. Certain roles will be able to and their changes should be approved before updating the content.

Edit title of attachment image form front-end. help please.

i am using a custom post in my wordpress/buddypress blog which can be submitted from front end. I also upload images as attachments from front-end using that custom post. When I am making that blog I enter title of the attachment image. After submission of the post when I try to edit the post the attachment images show title along side.

My requirement is to be able to edit the title of the attachment images from front end. At the back-end/admin panel the title can be edited in ‘media’ section. I want to edit it from the font end of the website.

Hi,
I’m having some problems with this plugin and the WP User Frontend plugin. First with the main one, WP User Frontend.

When I install the plugin and go to settings, only the tabs appear. There is nothing to change, just a blank screen below the tabs. I deactivated all plugins and only had it active, and there was no improvement at all.

With this plugin, the add-on for ultimate member, I am unable to edit any posts. When I go to the profile page and click on edit it just loads the main profile page again. I can add new posts without a problem, but when it comes to editing them there’s nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can’t update profile. When clicking the button nothing happens.

debug mode gives this notice:

I been looking for form builder plugin. Tricky thing is – I need to build form that is not sending feedback or emails, but allow create/edit post/page from front end.

Something like a table with fields that could be filled by contributor and after submit – creat a post or page with entered data, also it should have ability to edit that post/page data by author on front end.

Any suggestions for good plugin? (if it exist of course

I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction, I am building this site https://amy-and-duncan-are-getting-married.co.uk/rsvp/.

I want to be able to change the field name from Passcode to Password and also want to set the Password field so characters display as *. I have looked in the files and can’t seem to find the HTML form anywhere can someone point me in the right direction.

Also does anyone know how you can format the excel document so that the headers can be displayed in bold when you download it.

I have only been using WordPress for a week so apologies if this seems a simple and stupid question

Make use of Page Builder and Front End Edit together

I am using Page Builder plugin for organizing content with in a page. But Front End Edit doesn’t work as it normally do on the pages where we use Page Builder.

May I know if there are any plans to make the both plugins work together?

That would be very convenient if we can edit pages which are already well-build with Page Builder using Front-end plugin
