I use the Kale theme for my website.
The text stroke of the captions I have on the slider on my front page now looks ugly all of a sudden. It was working correctly weeks ago. It looks like the stroke is now “spilling” over into the solid part of the text. I see the issue on my desktop and mobile device.
I have not made any changes to the Appearance section of my theme recently.
How do I fix this?
Here’s what I have in my “Additional CSS” section that may be relevant to this:
.frontpage-slider .caption, .frontpage-slider .caption h2 a, .frontpage-slider .caption h2:before {
font-weight: bold;
-webkit-text-stroke-width: 2px;
-webkit-text-stroke-color: black;
}
I’ve had this code in my CSS for a long time. The issue wasn’t caused by any change I made to CSS recently.
Can anyone help fix the issue?
Thanks.

]]>i have a website powered by wordpress : www.wasteman.com.au.
If you look at the site you will see an image sitting under the slider. I don’t know how it got there and i certainly don’t know how to delete it?? and if i can be so bold as to ask one more question: can i resize the youtube image on my front page let’s say to something about half the size?
I would really appreciate some help

If you scroll down a bit, on the bottom of the slider, or main picture, you see a cut off “Florida’s Premier Event Lighting Company” with a content box covering half the letters. This should not be there and we cannot find where this is coming from, both the box and the text. We looked under slider under front page widgets, and it is NOT there.
Also, Blog posts under the blog do not show the blog titles unless you hover over a picture. Any way to get this to show the title or preview? I tried under “post and page” and it doesn’t seem to help.
Thank you!
