Dear all,

for our website, https://www.praefaktisch.de, we use the Fruitful theme. So far each new blog entry comes with a the day and the month at the upper left corner of the entry in a black box. Because the website runs more then 5 year now, we’re looking for a way to make appear also the year, in which the article was published first and not only day and month. Strangely I can’t find a way to do this via the customize option.

Is there any one who could be of assistance?

How To Change The Header Title Font Size

Hello,

I’m trying to increase the font size of the title of a website that’s using the fruitful theme. However, the theme is loaded onto an academic variant of WordPress, which has limited capabilities. I have searched numerous topics in this forum and tried the following codes in the Custom CSS section, but with no success:

.logo-description h1.site-title {
font-size: 25px;
}

.logo-description h2.site-description {
font-size: 25px;
}

I noticed that I can increase the spacing (padding) above the title, so I know the Custom CSS works, but trying to change the font size with the coding mentioned above for the site title or description does not provide any results. I’m wondering if there is a way to work around my issue somehow?

Slider and Store Locator not working

I just updated to the latest fruitful update and all the shortcodes I had are no longer working- I was using the fruitful slider shortcode on my home page to display the theme slider and it won’t load plus I am using a plugin called storelocator plus that also uses a short code to display a store locator on the page and it won’t load either- what happened?

When will a new Fruitful theme update be available via WordPress downloads?

We have enjoyed our Fruitful Theme and its compatibility with WooCommerce. At some point, Fruitful theme updates were no longer available via standard WordPress update channels. It appears that these “official” updates stopped at Fruitful Theme version 3.3.1.

Are you still “officially” supporting Fruitful theme?
Do you plan to offer any more Fruitful updates (beyond 3.3.1) via the standard WordPress updating mechanism?
Do you plan to update the outdated fruitful/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php template for WooCommerce 3.0.x?

If you have decided to discontinue official support for your Fruitful theme, I would understand and would simply like to know so that I can plan future updates to my website.

Fix header cover my text with excerpt

Hello,
I have a problem with the excerpt of my blog. When I click on the button “Read More” the page scroll automatically to the right position to continue reading, and this is good. The problem is the theme do not consider that there is a fix header and part of the text to read remains hidden by the header! There is a part of code that I can modify to fix this problem?

Fruitful Theme WooCommerce Product Review Error

Hi,

I’m currently running WooCommerce 2.6.4 and Fruitful 3.3.1 with the latest version install of WordPress. I had a customer point out that when trying to leave a review they got an error message. I’ve been able to recreate the circumstance, here’s the error:

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home4/myinstall/public_html/wp-content/themes/fruitful/inc/func/comment-inline-error.php on line 51

it seems to be happening whenever any logged in user tries to leave a product review. I’ve tried deactivating every plugin and the error persists. Any insight into why this might be happening would be appreciated.

Responsive Menu

Hi,

In the Theme Options, I selected button menu under Responsive Menu, however the responsive hamburger menu on my iPhone nor my computer (when I shrink the window) does not do anything/is not “active”.

Any solutions to fixing it would be greatly appreciated!
