Hi Im Fairul,

I been working for this company about 1 year now and this is the 2nd time that this happen to our website, first time it was error 404 and i seek help from here to recover.

Currently our website has been affected and I really don’t know what to do.. Its showing error 500

Could anyone guide what should I do?

I installed a plug in called one lick child theme, when I wanted to create a child theme with the plug in I just installed

Hey guys! I left the office last night and had a working website. Come into the office today and find that I cant even log into my admin page.

Unable to Access Website or Admin

Alright, I need some help.

Last Thursday, I updated my Custom Content Type Manager plugin and since that happened, I’ve been getting the following error when trying to access the site or admin.

The author has since put out a new release which I keep seeing has fixed other people’s problems, but I have not been successful.

I may have made it worse, but at this point, I want to know what I can do to get rid of this error and get back my access.

Here are some things I’ve done already:

Deleted the plugin from my FTP, didn’t help.
Accessed my PHP and disabled the plugins. Didn’t help.
Deleted the WordPress directory from my FTP altogether and put in a fresh new file. Didn’t help.

Went into my database and cleared that out and did a new install. Didn’t help.

Basically, I’ve tried to reset this thing to zero and I still keep getting the same error no matter what.

Right now, there is no custom content type manager plugin in the plugins folder, however, I am getting that error. Can someone please tell me what I need to do?

Can't get site back up and running

My site was taken down because, somehow, some malicious code got in it and so my ISP shut it down. They removed the malicious code and told me to upgrade word press and the plugins. I thought I followed the directions I found about how to upgrade and restore the site, but I only see error messages at my site.
