Looking for software or implementation recommendations

I’ve got a client website running woocommerce, and they have an ask that I’m trying to think through the best way to build, and looking for input. They sell food items, and do fundraising through organizations where the organization’s staff/users (etc) can sell some products to friends/family. The ask is.. how can we allow users to pick and purchase items individually, and then combine the orders easily for the organization to ship as one package and then for the organization to easily know who ordered what quantity of items?

I know it is possible to simply have the purchasers make their purchases as one would normally, and then in the back end a website admin could combine the orders together (maybe have a custom post type to have the users denote their organization in the checkout through a dropdown menu..?) but the issues with that to me seems: 1) how do we still easily let the organization know which staff ordered which items, if they’re all combined. And 2) what if a staff member forgets to select their organization from the dropdown menu? Should we have multiple checkouts, specific to each organization?

Curious to know if anyone has some input or thoughts on this and or any software plugins geared towards this, or if woocommerce isnt the way to go. Done lots of googling but searching woocommerce and fundraising pretty much just shows me info for donation platforms, which this is not. Thanks, I appreciate your time!

Works out of the box. plugin author is very actively maintaining this surprisingly feature-rich and effective crowdfunding solution. saved me $349/yr off of a GiveWP :O or $279/yr off of a WooCommerce Subscription–also :O (in order to add recurring donations to my platform, those were the plans I was deciding between, before I found this Free, open-source solution, today)! Thank You Very Much for helping democratize this critical ecommerce functionality (crowdsourcing / fundraising / recurring billing). I’m a *huge* proponent of open-source projects–especially ones such as this that are so actively maintained. Thank You, again, very much!

We’re working on an internal project and have been making more use of the priority support and customer success resources available from the team at GiveWP. The online forms allow our donors to target their giving adhoc or following a regular (subs) sequence that works for them.

We’re also now processing all our offline donations using the manual donations addon. As with any application there will no doubt be improvements to come but this app allows donors (or admin staff) to efficiently process and oversee online and offline donations in a seamless manner.

Where we have had questions about process or functionality the team at GiveWP were available promptly to support and bring clarity to our understanding – by email or video call. Any issues we have had were typically to do with our preparation of data for manual import, rather than the application not working as expected.

Like any application you need to invest time in getting to know your way around. Having recently set up a new process for manual donatons I have no hesitation in giving GiveWP a five star rating. Thanks GiveWP for this awesome donation plugin!

Hi,
i need a form that permit to donate decimal value (0.01).
Trying to set it i can’t see the decimal number on the form and if i try to set a custom decimal value, the trigger change it in natural:
ES. 0.01 —> 0
1.10 —> 1

Can someone help me to set the plugin correctly?

I am from Cuba and I am using Woocommerce for my christian website. I want to use my website just for donation.
How can I change products for donations?
I will use TropiPay payment gateway due don′t have other payment gateway that we can use in Cuba.
The cart page it will not be necessary but we can keep it.

Please, someone can help me.

Campaign Submission Preload

Hi, thanks for awesome latest update. Now description has shown up on the campaign. But, i have couple suggestions for this great plugin.

1. It would much better if there is preload or such things that show to user that the campaign is submitting. I have tried couple times to submit new campaign on front end and find that nothing is happen after clicking submit button.
2. Assign to specified user, it will be very usefule because some users ask the admin to create campaign rather creating by them selves.
3. How to translate the plugin? I tried using WP My Translate, but now the wp crowdfunding plugin option doesnt show up. I tried to find on cpanel, but nothing.
