We chose Foliovision’s FV Player Pro and the world’s largest CDN Akamai to deliver high-quality short video content. But wait there’s more: in addition, FV Player Pro also provides highly customizable skinning opportunities through its easy-to-play interface for custom corporate branding. We decided to deploy this for a branded hotel chain website and a real estate website which have over 17,000 residential units & commercial area of 2.5 million sqft.
]]>I am not able to insert a video in the page in wordpress.
It just inserts the following script in the visual mode and not rendering the video at all.
[fvplayer src=”https://s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/Video.mp4 file instead of the video.
I just did the sanity check of the fw player installation and when doing the suggested check template option for the fv player got the following message.
{{
Template checker has changed. Just open any of your videos on your site and see if you get a red warning message about JavaScript not working.
jQuery library found: https://eturnti.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4!
}}
Is it that there is a duplicate jquery library somewhere in some plugin. I tried to but could not get it to work.
Using the following plugins

Also I am using wordpress version 4.9.7 .
Please let me know how can i get fw player to be working. This was tested a day ago and it was working.
In between that i havent installed any extensions or plugins and cannot reason out why it is not working.
Issue 2 : Got this error today morning when trying to login into the wordpress but error pointed to fw player.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_plugins() in /home1/INKINXX/public_html/INKINXX.com/wp-content/plugins/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/includes/fp-api-private.php on line 356
and had to reinstall the fv player from the backend and reinstall it again to overcome.
Thanks,
Kiran

]]>I’ll create a post that has an image which has no image in the post, nor as a featured image, yet has a reference to an image. And the media library sees that as another image that it should keep track of even though that image has already been accounted for somewhere else. Why is WP all of a sudden keeping track of images that it already has a reference for ?
So to put this in perspective, this is what my media library USED to look like:
And this is what it looks like NOW:
Something is seriously frakkin’ wrong. WTF ?!??!?!

I did not ever get this message until today. This occurred after I had made a change to my theme using the Customize option, removing a particular widget area. I then turned my construction page back on and started getting this message. I tried deactivating the construction page plugin, thinking maybe that was the issue, but that did not fix the error message. I also tried other solutions typically found on the forums (such as clearing the browser cache) and that did not fix the problem.
It’s not related to the theme because when I try other themes, I get the same error message. I get the error in different browsers and different computers. I tried re-installing WP 4.7. Nothing is working, and I can’t find any info on the web related to this particular error.
One thing that does seem to work is if I switch to a different theme (like 2015), then switch back to Athena Pro, and then click on “Customize”, it works, but only for a moment. If I back out of the customize menu, then try to go back in, I get the error message again.
I also get an option that says “Customize New Changes” below the error message. If I click that, the FIRST time it successfully takes me into the customization menu. But if I back out, and then try again, I get the error message again, and this time clicking “Customize New Changes” just keeps bringing up the same error message.
Running Athena Pro by Smartcat theme. Also using the Smartcat Construction Page plugin.
]]>I’ve had to deactivate the plugin, because when it is activated, the entire site crashes. The website just is all white with this black text at the top:
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/poncho/public_html/here/wp-content/plugins/fv-wordpress-flowplayer-master/controller/backend.php on line 475
The site goes back to normal when I disable the plugin via FTP (i have to rename the plugin folder). Then I can get back into the admin backend side of wordpress.
This started happening a few weeks ago, so I thought it might be a wordpress issue: we were currently running and old version of wordpress (3.8.6)- (we are also having updating problems in the back end) so when I managed to update to wordpress 4.4.1, I was sad to find that the plugin was still behaving the same way.
When I try to update the plugin manually via FTP, the same thing happens.
I’ve tried looking through the support documents (though I’m sure I’ve missed some) – but I can’t find a clear solution to our problem.
Please help us!
Cheers,
Amelia
