Hello @tigroumeow

Thank you for developing this plugin. In the latest versions I’m getting an error on the front end “Meow Gallery: This ID wasn’t found in the Gallery Manager. (ID: 5071)”
The weird thing is that on the backend the gallery is showing ok, but not on the front. And this happens only on some of the galeries as you can see from the attached link.

I have cleared all caches.

Gallery not showing (Bold Page Builder plugin conflict)

Dear plugin developers, the plugin worked wonderfully for a website that was developed with the bold page builder. Unfortunately, the images have not been loaded for a few days now. I therefore deactivated all plugins and gradually reactivated them to see if there was a conflict. and it actually seems to be due to the bold page builder plugin. Unfortunately, the entire website is based on the Bold builder, page builder, plugin. Do you have any advice on what we could do now? What I don’t understand is that this conflict didn’t exist at the beginning, it worked wonderfully. Thank you very much for your support. Album not opening gallery

Hello,
I just downloaded the Nextgen gallery, and I am having issues showing the galleries in the album.
I have the nextgen gallery album at the bottom block of the page if you want to test.
I have disabled all plugins except nextgen and tried switching themes.
I would also like to get rid of the caption on the album pic.

Hi,

Recently I’ve been having a problem with some galleries not showing on the page. If I inspect the page the gallery and images are there, but not loading in. The strange thing is, some of the same galleries that aren’t showing on a desktop browser will show on a mobile browser (including Chrome and Firefox). I’ve checked the issue across Chrome, Firefox and Edge (old and chromium) and it all the same, I’ve also disabled browser plugins, tried in incognito and it’s still the same, I’ve even disabled WordPress plugins. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

please, galleries (Final Tiles Grid Gallery – Image Gallery) are not showing up on mobile on any of my posts on AMP version of my page. It’s just white space. I checked two different mobile devices.

1.
Try to open my AMP version on mobile device:

On the page with no AMP it works fine:

I already typed to Final Tiles Grid Gallery – Image Gallery support team but they said It is problem with AMP plugin.

Continuous loading – gallery not showing

Hi! When I try to make the gallery show on mu frontpage (index.php), the gallery is loading continously, and no images are shown, when I use the shortcod . But, there is no problem on pages, when I use the code [supsystic-gallery id=18]. What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to activate my gallery feature. I have set up several galleries and have one photo with description linked to the gallery call home decor. I added description and alt tag and saved. I cannot see anywhere that the gallery is showing. I have thesis 2.9 theme.

I also deactivated all plugins except for the nextegen gallery. Where is this supposed to show up.

Also, if I do get this installed is there a way to add a shopping cart feature to deach gallery item description so people can purchase from my site?

Don’t know what the problem is but nothing seems to work. I really wish it did! Just to name a couple:
1) I have 2 gallery icons in the visual editor which I can live with but neither one works. My gallery isn’t even listed in the drop down.
2) I have pictures in the gallery but nothing shows up when I view the gallery. It’s blank except for a navigation button.
