Remove inputs from dataLayer when sending data to Google Tag Manager

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me with this issue. I have a form that sends data to Google Tag Manager on submit. The only info I want to get to Google is the form ID but there are many other info, including personal data of the user. For example, I don’t want to send user name and user email to Google Tag Manager. I know I can filter these data before sending it to Google Analytics but I think that there should be a way to prevent the form sending data that I don’p’t want to be sent to third parties. Is there any method to avoid including “inputs” into the Javascript dataLayer object?

My code looks liket this:

Feature request: enable Audit log without Wordfence Central

Thanks for adding the Audit log feature. Please consider letting us enable it without connecting our site to Wordfence Central. Since the data isn’t end-to-end encrypted and includes personal information, we (an EU based company) can currently not send it to your servers, at least not until Defiant has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework program.

Support for custom syslog servers would of course be even better and even make Wordfence a competitor to custom activity log plugins.

There are solutions here that also work by adjusting the wp-Config, but it is necessary to deactivate all cache functions of WordPress. However, we urgently need this.

According to a judgment, however, the cookie does not seem to be purely system-relevant, but is evaluated as content to be blocked, which then makes it necessary to use a consent tool, which we would like to avoid.

I’ve just finished writing a WordPress plugin and now I want to sell it. However I don’t have the money to spend on a lawyer to write my GDPR or my Terms and Conditions. And I live in Germany so I know that if I get any legal text wrong then it’s very financially expensive for me.

What does everyone else do when they don’t want to be writing legal text?

So there a part of the German Government that helps people write and maintain their legal text?

When do I not need to have my own legal text, I mean are there platforms that will sell my Plugin for me themselves so that the legal text will be the problem for the platform and technically it’s not me doing the sale?

Any tips would be helpful.

Hello, I can see your plugin uses google maps which are not blocked when a user rejects all cookies. Can you confirm that those maps do not set any cookies?
