Unfortunately, even with the docs, I don’t understand 100% what a function in the plugin does.
Under what circumstances should I enable or disable Force Capture Full Order?
What exactly does this functionality do?
(We have connected other systems to our shop. e.g. Billbee.)
A question about the plugin setup: I can store individual API access data for each country in the payment gateway settings.
What’s with all the countries in the WordPress backend?
Is it about delivery countries?
The location/headquarters of my shop?
I guess it’s about delivery countries?!
Do we have to create 40 API credentials because we have allowed 20 delivery countries in the WooCommerce settings? (20 prod + 20 dev)
If yes, how can we create Klarna API credentials assigned to a delivery country?
I now have an EU test account in the Klarna Merchant Center.
I used this to generate API access data. However, I didn’t have to enter a country when creating/downloading the txt file containing API credentials. I was able to easily download the login details.
(I’ve read your docs several times. Unfortunately, I don’t really understand it. This is my first time using Klarna and I find it quite complicated to set up. I would be happy about easier onboarding. I have further questions. I will open separate tickets for it.)

]]>I am tryning to setup the plugin, but I get this error when clicking on the “Get Started” button.
Failed to connect to WordPress.com
HTTP 404 error received while communicating with the server.
Do you have an idea about what’s going wrong ?
Thank you for your help,
Benjamin
]]>How do I remove or link somewhere elese the get started, and contact now buttons from the hero section?
Thank you for help!
]]>I was able to cleanly import our existing list from CSV – NO ERRORS on the FIRST run… (only 4 fields required/accepted).
First TEST run was done in under 30 minutes…
Thanks – keep it going.
NB: I usually read a few reviews before learning how to get a plugin working to see what problems might be common. ONE complained about it “not working with Elementor” – Well, that comment is nonsense, ALL shortcodes and functions work well within my installation of Elementor. Just that you have do it manually since no “specific elements” exist. It’s a very comprehensive FREE version and perhaps WE could contribute what we need instead of complaining…
(Just my opinion – NOT affiliated or paid!)
]]>– Do I need to create all new pages for purchase, checkout, confirmation, etc?
Currently, I have a WooCommerce store setup. Will the digital products appear there?
Or where do I upload digital products and where will the checkout be displayed?
I invited 2 new testers to sign up for this free curriculum but they cannot get past the “get started” page. They should be able to start lesson 1 in section 1 but the page always returns to the “get started” point.
I’m sure there’s a trigger – a date or something that I haven’t set correctly but after spending a few hours going through the learning videos, searching, etc, i can’t figure it out. Any ideas?
Love the LMS plugin!
Thanks, Scott
I’m building a website using the Modality theme (version 1.0.5), and would like to make the following modification to the Get Started section of the theme. In this section, you have three text fields: Title text, subtitle text, and button text. Is there a way that I could modify this section so that each time the page was loaded, the section would reference a table of text entries, and select one at random to display in the Title text field? I’d like for the website to display a different thought provoking quote each time it was loaded.
Is this possible? If so, then how can I do it? I’m very new to wordpress.
Thanks for your attention and assistance,
Doe
