It looks like css, but I am not having this problem on my other site running the same theme and calendar.

]]>So I am stuck on how to create clickable songs or tracks in my gigs section (contained in setlists) to their respective albums or records in the discography section. In the discography section, on each “track” or song page, I want the option to display where the song was performed (which venue), when (date), how many times it was performed live and have a dropdown list to every available gig this song was performed. It could then link back to the gigs section this way.
I am using a premium theme (Audiotheme) but their support section does not cover deeply customized questions for their basic technical support. I am willing to share my premium theme with anyone who is willing to help me. I don’t have the funds to pay thousands of dollars to a company that specializes in theme customization requests. I have been stuck on how to cross-link/integrate my 2 sections (gigs and discography) and I am desperate for assistance or at least a starting point on how to go about this. I would be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction. Thank you.
]]>1. Instead of putting CSS in the plugin create a reference (class?) so that the style can be referenced and maintained in the theme Style.CSS file (other plugins do this). Maybe you could make this an option to allow for both or at very least make it an expandable text box…it is very hard to work with all the css in the tiny area provided.
2. Also more control (Styling) over the text fields would be good (location, price, time etc)
3. Location should really be Title or Event
4. A separate entry should be added for Address/Location
The label With: should be optional or modifiable so you can have no label or say something like Details or Description to describe the event etc. (I had to remove it from the php and changed the label in the setup page to Notes.)
5. You should consider allowing for multiple dates or a date range in case a band is appearing at an event consecutive days.
6. Allow for different date & time formats …or default to the date & time format selected in Settings>General>Date Format of WordPress.
7. (Low Priority) Would be really nice if optionally you could have the plugin get the google map for the address and display it (it can insert a link/button… so the map displays in a separate tab or window when the link/button is clicked) (I use one of the buttons in the plugin to do this now but have to get the map url and paste etc. not a big deal but for musicians it would be simpler if done for them)
8. (Lowest Priority) Option to automatically create a separate page or post for the gig (so it can be pointed to via a URL Link)

]]>So I have few propositions of improvement of this plugin:
A) Form fields scheme for adding new gigs / events (it would be great if users could also add events, which will be accepted by administrator before publication):
1) Name Of Event or Gig
2) City
3) Location / Address
4) Date
5) Start Time
6) Price
7) Event Description
8) Poster / Flyer Uploading
9) Event Category (we will be able to select: gig / festival / party / other)
10) Supported Event (Yes / No) – if “Yes” this event will be marked as event recommended and it will be highlighted in widget / event list
11) Option of event import from Facebook
B) Events List:
1) Events list filter options – filter by Event Category and filter by City
2) Supported Events should be highlighted somehow (maybe a little bit other background color or graphic / text “Recommended” near Name Of Event / Gig
C) Widget
1) Possibility of changing amount of upcoming events to show in widget
2) Show poster / flyer thumbnail only for Supported Events
3) More details about events to show, exemplary scheme:
Poster
Date – Name Of Event (City)
And that’s it…
Excellent solution I think is this one used on www.alternation.eu (check upcoming events section)

Anyone know why?
Thanks in advance!
]]>I have begun the process of converting my band’s website over to a WordPress website. It’s going well, but I am now searching for a plugin or a combination of plugins that would allow me to list our upcoming concerts. In addition, I would like to associate a gallery of photos and perhaps even videos associated with these events. Ultimately, it would be cool if users could upload photos they took of us to each respective event page (or gallery) as well as comment on photos. We like to have a list of previous concerts, and a way for us to look back at photos and flyers from each event. It would even be cooler if I could integrate buttons from the Facebook Event page, to indicate how many people plan on attending, and allowing people to click attending/maybe/not attending directly from my wordpress page.
What combination of plugins do you think will get me closer to my lofty goals?
I have found some interesting plugins like GigPress, BuddyPress, Photosmash, and NextGEN that have interesting features. But I figured I’d ask you guys/and gals, what’s what.
Thanks

My blog has been up and running for about 2 weeks now, In that time I’ve had about 300 hits which I don’t know is good or bad?
You can see the blog here: www.punkrockistnichttot.com and I’d really appreciate some feedback on the content and the look and feel too, especially from the female forum members as I wonder if it’s a bit too dark and grungy looking?
Thanks!
Mark
