Form not submitting

I had to turn the form off on the site, as we have HUNDRED of people per hour trying to use it, unsuccessfully (so as to not completely ruin our business). So unfortunately, you won’t be able to see the problem, but here is the issue:

We have Contact Form 7 built into a Pop Up, which is set to CLOSE when the form is submitted. However, the form will not submit. Keeps giving a message “There was an error submitting your form”, and never submits. The pop up builder has looked into it and can confirm the issue is not with the POP UP, but rather the form itself.

We REALLY need this to be working STAT!!!!!! What’s the problem?

Published directory listing not showing up

When a user “joins” our directory, they fill out the profile, verify their email, pay through Stripe or PayPal and they show up as confirmed and published in the order history. But they do not show up in the admin directory listings or the live member page, https://norcowib.com/member-directory-2/. I have to build the profile by hand (add a new directory listing).

Once the order history says confirmed and published, the listing should appear in directory listings and on the live site but the profile does NOT show up.

Is there a fix for this?

Creating course on learnpress then jump back to the beginning

Hi Learnpress Team, I am a paying user of Eduma and using the Learnpress plugin for my website.

As I was typing and creating my lessons on LearnPress, it suddenly jump back to the beginning of the page which make it very hard for me to concentrate and create my course.

I have raised a ticket on your ThimPress the 16 April (almost 2 months ago) and till now the issue have not been resolve.

While I do appreciate that your LearnPress team members are very responsive (thank you), but it will be better if you can take a look at the issue and see if you can help to resolve it.

Major Glitch, No Support

After spending a significant amount of time and resources on creating multiple quizzes, an unexplained glitch occurred a few days later, and all quizzes reflected the same questions. We weren’t able to get any help with this issue, and the assumption was that we manually entered the same questions for each quiz?!? No thanks, we just downloaded the Forminator plugin to see if it will be a good substitute. This has set us back 2 weeks though, but it’s all part of the process. Live and learn:-)

Ditty Admin Page is blank

I am the developer of our schools website and we use ditty to display a news ticker at our main page.

All of the sudden the edit page of the newsticker is not rendering anymore, neither are the settings, the page is just a blank white space. Every other menu is rendering just fine, like extentions or import/export. We are unable to change what is written in the newsticker like that.

The same quiz is showing for 5 different codes

I created 5 different quizzes, which generated the 5 different html codes. Everything worked fine, everything was saved. A few days later, the same questions for quiz 5 appear for quizzes 1 through 4.

There are so many bugs with this theme!!! You wouldn’t believe it. And when asking for support, you’ve been replied they help only the customers who paid. Who would be stupid enough to pay for something that doesn’t work and for which no support is provided???

Awful customer service

Elementor brags about having earned an award with their customer service: I really don’t compute how this can be.

Impossible to chat with an agent (despite what they pretend), the problem resolution takes ages through emails, especially since the solutions proposed don’t work and are even most of the time very basic stuff.

When creating a ticket, it is suggested to do some trials, which are requested again at the first contact with an agent level 1. My issue has been escalated to level 2 after the level 1 recognized he couldn’t do anything about it, and now level 2 agent is asking me basic stuff again.

In the meantime, I am loosing a huge amount of time in my business development, with not the apropriate support for a plugin I paid for.

Good customer service

Using this app is not easy due to the many glitches it faces. Fortunately the customer service is available 24/7 and ready to help. To not waste your time, I strongly recommend you deal with them as soon as possible so your problems are solved and your reviews are displayed as expected. Not the greatest way to proceed in my opinion, but it works.
