Hi,

My website uses Travel Tour Theme by Goodlayers. For many users, privacy settings message keeps showing even if accepting cookies. My theme developer asked me to “Exclude cookie “gdlr-core-privacy-settings” using W3 Total Cache Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>Reject Cookies”. I pasted “gdlr-core-privacy-settings” on that field but the problem persists… any clue if I’m doing anything wrong or how to solve this?

Error occured while updating Seocrawler (WP Theme): Could not create directory

Hi theme update was available from 2.0.7 to 2.0.8 on the updates page in WordPress
but after clicking the update, “An error occurred while updating SEOCrawler: Could not create directory.”

It says that it has been updated but then it still showed the error message.
After checking the update page, it’s still showing that I can still update the theme.

Upon checking on preview mode when editing, the navigation I’m using for the website is not functioning properly anymore.

Please help?

Issue with GDPR by GoodLayers

Hi,

i’m experiencing this: when WP Fastest Cache is active, the GDPR pop-up doesn’t disappear after clicking Accept. It reloads the page but pop-up remains.
This is happening on Chrome, and when deactivate WP Fastest Cache the issue disappear.

I’m using Infinite template by GoodLayers, with their integrated GDPR tool. An the settings of WP Fastest Cache are the ones they recommend.

Hopefully you can help me fix the issue, so I can take advantage of WP fastest cache improvements.

WordPress 5.6 Admin access problems

?Hii! Just wanted to ask a concern.. I couldn’t access the website I’m creating now and so I tried updating WordPress to version 5.6 but it still didn’t help and I think only got worse because now I can’t click anything from “Good layers” tab, which I believe is a plugin that’s part of my chosen theme and that just happened after updating WordPress to version 5.6. I’ve already cleared my cache too.
Hoping for anyone’s help for this. Thanks!

If menu visibility control with goodlayers

I am building a membership site using the infinite theme and memberpress plugin. The memberpress plugin requires the “if menu” plugin. There is some sort of conflict between the goodlayers core plugin and “if menu” which prevents the visibility rules from being available in “if menu”. When I deactivate the goodlayers core the “if menu” visibility rules become available.

Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

Problem with translating a theme

I have purchased a theme from goodlayers company. I installed polylang. Everything is perfect for translating except for this. The theme has some custom fields (e.g. Tour – its travel tour theme). Those custom fields are not translated, the same way like pages do. What is the recommended solution? I need to use poedit? I would grateful if you helped me with that.

Yoast SEO conflict with Classic Editor on Goodlayers theme

My website is experiencing problems when I upgrade Yoast SEO. The latest working version is 12.5.1.

I am using WorldWide 1.01 wordpress theme from Goodlayers. And my website is hosted on WPEngine.

I tried using the fix that was posted on the forum, but nothing really helped.

It breaks the SEO plugin and also the classic editor which I am using.

None of the updates are fixing this error, nor the 2 workarounds I found on the forum.

front page menu missing only but not on mobile

I was adding a review page to our site and got stuck, decided to stop until I heard back from the developer and didn’t change any menu settings or anything on the font page (home page) and now the menu is not appearing there. It works on the mobile site (different menu) and on all other pages. Help? Thanks.

Wp super cache not letting plugin scheduled widget work

Hi guys
On my website I use a plugin called ‘site orgions’ page builder and on the Homepage is a widget called ‘Widget Visibility Time Scheduler’ which puts a timer on the widget so it can be seen or not seen at set times in the week.

Now my problem is that Wp super cache seems to stop the timer plugin from working. Is there anyway of making it so the timer plugin can be excluded from the cache??

Or is it that the page site orgions builder is effecting the timer plugin
