Hello there

We noticed our Google Search Console Crawl Errors report showing 500 server errors for dozens of legit core php files in the /wp-includes directory. I thought it was a temporary glitch so I marked all the errors as fixed in Search Console, but Google keeps trying to crawl these files daily and reporting them as 500 errors. Why is it doing this? Any ideas how to stop it other than blocking /wp-includes in robots.txt.

Hello,
I’ve been getting 450 new google crawl errors on my blog
Google crawls these weird links with 13 digits behind the working original URL, here’s an example;

Original working URL
https://thatfix.com/2012/05/the-neighbourhood-sweater-weather/

Google crawls and lists the following URL and URLs alike as an error
https://thatfix.com/2012/05/the-neighbourhood-sweater-weather/1346773869000/1347444092000

I really don’t know what’s going on, I’ve been googling for a few hours now without success

404 Error Page

Hi
My website 404 page is not working.

1) Theme supports 404, as I can see that 404 page is working fine on local installation.
2) I am Using redirection plug-in by John Godley, but I am not sure that what target URL I should give for 404 errors. I could see 404.php in theme folder but when i try to hit it by browser,nothing gets displayed.
3)Existing ref on www.ads-software.com is very technical and i cant take risk of code change.
4) My website SERP has gone down badly bcz of crawl errors.

Google crawls category/archive pages that dont exist?

Has anyone else seen this kind of thing for their sites? For instance, it tried to crawl page 13 from the March archives but there is no page 13. It alleged that it had been linked from page 12 and 14. Huh? There is no such link the source and my site map doesn’t link out to all these pages either.

Any ideas so that I can stop getting 250+ crawl errors?

Help is much appreciated.
