Hi! found your plugn very user-friendly and easy to understand, thank you.

I did have a question about the shipping-prices. In the Google Feed, there is an attribute/sub-attribute allowed to add Shipping-prices on a product for Postal-code regions. However, doesn’t seem to be a good way to add this to the feed in your plugin?

Hi! I found your plugin relatively easy to use, but I am having trouble getting the Shipping prices into the Feed like I want.

Google Shopping feeds support putting in shipping prices for a Postal-code range, while the Merchant Center WebGUI does not (in Norway). So it would help me get the correct prices out in Google Shopping.

Any good way to pull the shipping prices from the Shipping Setup in WooCommerce and put that in the feed? It can get a bit complicated, or if possible, to do it manually in the feed, but you seem to need Attributes and sub-attributes to do that? Doesn’t seem possible at all (either options) with your plugin – free or paid.

Problem with feed prices

Hi.
We have problem with Product Feed Manager for WooCommerce plugin. Our store is multicurrency and multilanguage. When we are creating feed for a Czech store where the currency is Czech crowns, the price is multiplied by the euro exchange rate, which is the default currency in the store. This is bad because prices are then dramatically inflated.

Importantly, we were able to notice that after updating the feed settings, the prices are good for about an hour/two, and then they are already displayed badly, because they are multiplied by the euro exchange rate. Why?
Is it a problem with some cache?
We can share access credentials to our admin panel and FTP.

We’ve tried hundreds of different combinations of add-on settings, disabled wprocket. Please help.

Having the price set to “0.00” prevents the product from the the google feed. And from the product being found by a Google search. Is there a work around for this?

Review Files to copy and paste after website migration

Hi Support, I have recently migrated my website to the Google Cloud. It seems my google feeds now no longer work. I believe a re-install my fix this.

However, I do not want to loose all my reviews and the export function also does not work. Please can you advise which files to copy and paste from the old installation to the new for the reviews to still work – via cPanel I have access to both the new and old files.

Critical Error

Hello,

I have installed the plugin and trying to create a feed. I always get the error message “There Has Been a Critical Error on Your Website”.

WooCommerce logs shows “CRITICAL Out Of Memory”.

I have increased the hosting memory limit ot 8GB and the plugin is still displaying the error message “There Has Been a Critical Error on Your Website”.

The plugin system check is showing TRUE.

Why is the plugin displaying error message?
How do i fix the error message?

after some update the “FEATURED IMAGE” value in the feed incorrect

This used to work fine but somehow after some update the “FEATURED IMAGE” value in the feed now incorrectly returns the “MAIN IMAGE” and this has cascaded into my Google feed being wrong.

And then in the feed itself you can see it is giving the link to the first variation image TWICE, instead of MAIN IMAGE value followed by FEATURED IMAGE value. This happens for every single product listing now, those that in the past were all working correctly. I’m saying this last part to clarify it is not some bad settings in the products as it was working correctly previously.

Plugin`s cron generates incorrect price for products with discounts

Hello! We use your Product Feed PRO plugin for Woocommerce to generate Google Feeds. Currently, we set the feed to update automatically every hour. But if we use the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin by RightPress to set discount prices for products, your plugin starts generating the wrong prices for such products. Everything works fine if we update the product feed manually using your manual update button, though. So I assume the problem is in your cron that updates feeds automatically. Please investigate that issue and let us know if you need any details.

Google and Facebook Feeds not updating

Thank you so much for an awesome plugin!

Unfortunately, the feed for FB stopped updating, it is missing several new products. Now Google Feed is a few products behind too. I have been adding many products daily.

The Pinterest feed is up to date

I cleared all site cache, disabled and enabled the plugin, and regenerated the feeds several times at each step. Nothing has changed.

This appears to have happened between the last plugin update to 13.0.8 a couple of days ago and the WP update to version 6.4.1 yesterday.

Is there a fix for this, please? I’d appreciate any suggestions you might have.

Merchant Center Mismatched value (page crawl) [price] issue

Dear Support Team,

I am receiving a “Mismatched value (page crawl) [price]” error in Merchant Center on USD currency convention. My default currency to INR.

The prices in my Google Product Feed do not match the prices on my website.

Issue Items
Mismatched value (page crawl) [price]
Value in feed: 19.00USD
Value on the website: 972.00INR

Currency Conversion Settings:
Currency Convention: USD
Default Currency: INR

I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue.
