I’m encountering an issue with my German WordPress website (version 6.7.2) where the Google Search Console is reporting “Not Found” errors for numerous URLs with the following structure:

https://www.erinnerstdudich.de/kommentar-notiz/?srp=1234&srk=abcdefg&sra=s&srsrc=f?

These URLs continue to be flagged even during recent crawls. I’m using WooCommerce (version 9.7.1) and the Astra Pro theme (version 4.8.13).

I’ve investigated the issue but haven’t been able to pinpoint the source of these URLs or how to prevent Google from crawling them. I am unfamiliar with these?srp,?srk,?sra, and?srsrc?parameters. I’ve also checked the .htaccess file.

Has anyone encountered similar URLs or know where these parameters might originate from? Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue and prevent Google from indexing these “Not Found” URLs would be great.

Hello, I installed the Yoast SEO plugin today. Unfortunately, I don’t see any information in the dashboard.
The sitemaps are stored in the Google Search Console, everything is confirmed there and no problems are displayed. However, the website still needs to be indexed there.

Should I wait until the indexing of my website is complete? I did enter a Google verification code, but maybe I made a mistake. I would therefore like to retrieve it again, but I can’t find it anywhere in Google Search Console.

Can someone kindly help me with this?

There are 129 pages excluded by the noindex tag. 79 pages have been indexed, but for some reason are not currently added to the index?
All Noindex pages are mainly woocommerce product pages. My site has the AIOSEO plugin. I’m not a coder, so I can’t check the code for a problem. The AIOSEO plugin said it found a physical Robot.txt file on the site and to delete it. At the same time, it replaced it with new internal code created by AIOSEO. I made this change yesterday, so it doesn’t affect those noindex pages, because they haven’t been indexed for over half a year.

Page with redirect in Google Indexing attempt

so I tried to have my web page Indexed by Google / it gave me an error “Page with redirect”, it show 18 pages with re-directs and 0 pages were indexed…

trying to understand what this re-direct is ?

and if this is something that WordPress is doing ? it did provide links of the pages with re-directs, but I don’t know how to fix this ?

I recently built this website using WordPress under IONOS. My website URL changed to .co.uk domain once I finished. Google is still indexing my website as https://advancedcardiovascul.live-website.com which still links to the correct URL in the end (Homepage). IONOS thinks it is Google’s end. When I inspect the crawled URL, I can see on HTML the old website name and tagline (just another WordPress website). Any help how to fix this?

Hi,

After I submit sitemap to Google Search Console, it displays “sitemap submitted successfully”.

When I look at the line below thereafter, it shows an error:

“Couldn’t fetch” “Sitemap could not be read”…

What is the issue here ? Sitemap is generated with XML Sitemap Generator for Google 4.1.21 plugin.

Greetings all, so after two months of moving from Yoast to RankMaths and observing. something happened.All of my post and pages began to disappear completely from my Google search console indexed pages and posts . now, out of 1500 pages only 32 are indexed. the rest shows discovered but currently not index. can anyone I left yoast in the first place because I post where not ranking in Google search though they where indexed and can be found in Google. but now none of my new pages or post is indexable even when Test Pages in GSC shows all good and I have no Manual action

I keep having an issue with the sitemap: it keeps indexing wrong URLs instead of the right ones (which I have changed from the backend and already redirected the pages to with the plugin…)

Let’s make an example: in the sitemap “https://www.smglanguages.com/page-sitemap2.xml” there are some links that no longer exist like “https://www.smglanguages.com/home/?lang=en” that has been changed to “https://www.smglanguages.com/?lang=en“.

Although I’ve tried so hard to change it in the page sitemap, it keeps showing the wrong one. This is a problem because Google Search Console by analyzing the pages says that there are issues with the sitemap and does not index the correct URLs…
