I typically get top 5 results in Google Serps for my pages and products because they are so unique (Buddhist amulets in various configurations from Thailand).
I have 296 pages in product sitemap.
This time when I re-started my Thai amulet site I noticed that huge numbers of products never show in the SERPs.
I use woocommerce’s latest version. All products have unique descriptions and titles, but maybe not unique ENOUGH?
I’ve no idea what to do. I have a sitemap that lists all products (from YOAST). Search console says the products were submitted successfully. They just never show up except in Google Shopping.
]]>VG18E5PZ | Control Ball Valve | Johnson Controls
£2,065.28 £1,610.70 ex VAT
(The first price appears with a strike through on the page – perfect!)
However in the google serps we get the following snippet:
VG18E5PZ | Control Ball Valve | Johnson Controlswww.hvac-sanitary.co.uk ? Valves & Controls
£2,065.28 – ?In stock
Description. The VG1000 series control ball valves are used for the water control of air treatment systems in ventilation and air conditioning units as well as …
The pricing rules are ignored. This is really bad when we are actually offering this item at over £400 off trade price which is the price shown.
Is there something else I need to set up here?
The rules were set up before the product was created and before it was submitted to google and we are on the latest versions of the plugins and woocommerce and wordpress and the theme.
The only thing I can think of is that we are using Yoast SEO which does interfere with snippets.
Thanks in advance for your help and guidance.
Cheers,
Andy
]]>I’m using this plugin on a couple of websites, both of which are built with Elementor. I’ve noticed that on the website where I have updated to version 5 of the plugin I’ve lost stars in SERPS for all review posts. I’ve read the forum where someone else had same issue but the setting in question looks OK on mine.
Interestingly on the other domain where I have not updated the plugin, the stars still show in SERPS.
Any advice?
Gary
]]>Love your plugin and used to have the page show up in Google SERP’s with the nice orange stars below it as a review.
Not anymore unfortunately.
Did something change after your last updates or is it a Google thing?

Greets, thx,

We have our sitemaps included in our Google Search Console so I’m really confused as to what this could be. Could Google count attacks (from hackers?) as a sign that that content is relevant? Any help on where to find some answers would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Ryan
thank you for the this great and helpful.
But, unfortunately I have realised that all my meta descriptions are too long when I rely on the green light in the YoAST meta description field. Because Google is putting the blog post date in front of the Google SERPS my describpiton is cut off at the end.
Any suggestion of idea how to get rid off the blog post date in SERPS?
Thank you for your help or advise.
Karsten
]]>I removed my dates by hand. They are not visible on my site.
But in the Google search engine results shows dates for my posts in the description. I don′t want that.
