We use a WordPress template for our websites, and we found a cookie set up by the WordPress template for which we were unable to find any information on your website/documentation and on internet. Many other websites using this cookie have in their cookie policy “Under investigation”.

Could you please provide us with the purpose of the uwplt_cookies and the data processed with the cookie ?

If someone who’s not in the wordpress team has any documentation about this particular cookie, feel free to respond aswell !

first of all thank you for the great plugin!

I have activated the placeholder for Google Maps. 
However, this disappears as soon as I accept the cookie banner.
Can I disable this? and load the maps really only when I actively click on the placeholder?

[solved] this was due to extension “Limit Login Attempts Reloaded”
Hi,
I’ve just noticed that WordPress (I don’t think it’s storefront or woocommerce) is adding a fixed bar in the footer of the login page which says :
“By proceeding you understand and give your consent that your IP address and browser information might be processed by the security plugins installed on this site.”

Who knows how to remove this ? I’ve looked into the setup of WordPress and my extensions but could not find any clue.

I don’t need this notice (and also my site is not in English).

Hello and well done for this plugin, certainly the best in its class to date.

I would like to know if it is possible to bypass the cookie wall. Let me explain, although in GDPR (Europe) it is almost mandatory, I was wondering if there was a way to limit it to a banner, which would automatically validate on scroll or a period of time.

Your plugin does not allow it and therefore we automatically end up with a wall.

This cookie wall is penalizing for my visitors as for me and I would like to take the risk of limiting myself to a banner with automatic validation in case of scroll or 30 seconds.

Hi, there is way to saved as a note about Compliance Checkbox Text on the subscriber ? The plugin “YIKES Easy Forms for Mailchimp” allows this ( https://yikesplugins.com/plugin/eu-compliance-extension-for-easy-mailchimp/)

There is check box in setting :

– Save Checkbox Compliance Text = YES / NO
Should the content of the Compliance Checkbox Text be saved as a note on the subscriber?
