How do I grant or deny access to selected plugins?

After WP update to 5.7.1 I got this message:
“Could not grant access – the user may already have permission for this file or billing email is not set. Ensure the billing email is set, and the order has been saved.”
All my users are guests.
]]>I’m running on Apache on Windows and logged in my WordPress website as an user with administrator privileges.
I tried to deactivate/active the plugin and to re-install the plugin but both did not solve the issue. I also deactivated other newly installed plugins temporarily but couldn’t find a cause.
The strange thing I noticed is that this part in the output HTML stays empty whilst on correctly working installs it gets filled:

What could be the possible cause of this issue and how can I troubleshoot this as a beginner in WordPress?

he gets rank “ABC”
But, if later points balance goes below 100,
he loses rank “ABC”
Means rank is granted/revoked multiple (infinite) times based on the required points balance of that rank.

]]>your plugin seem to have a nice network connection functionality. its easy to connect to fb and add pages etc.
now i wanna implement the plugin for a membersite where members can login through social sites and let WP publish their content on social media sites.
is it somehow possible to activate this functionality in the front end for members so that they dont need to create an fb app etc and just connect with their accounts and grant permissions?
Would it be possible that content from the whole page (new blog posts, pages, products, etc) be posted to their social media accounts as well?
That would be awesome!

]]>I’m new and I’ve a problem with the checkbox ‘Grant access to downloadable products after payment’ in Woocommerce-settings-Products-Downloadable products: ever time I try to check the box and click SAVE button, but after more or less time (one hour, sometimes less), I find the box unchecked. This is a big problem.
I’m using the 3.1.0 version of Woocommerce and Symbiostock pro for selling microstock images on my own.
Is there anyone else with the same issue? In what way is it possible to solve it?
