Gravity Directory Column Editor Not Working

Hi everyone,

I am using the Plugin “Gravity Forms Directory” and I’m having an issue where I have created a directory, but the information is coming through with column headers in an order I would like to change. It also does not display all the pieces of information I would like to see on my table. For example, I ask for their website address, but that column does not appear on my table. It also is in an order that just doesn’t make any sense to a general user.

When I go to the editor, there is a button for “Directory Columns” which I assume is where I would edit this information, but when I click on that tab, it just opens a blank page with not information. I’ve checked for Gravity Plugin updates, which there were none, I’ve changed my browser. I’m not really sure what else to try.

I know there is now a Gravity View plugin, but I’d prefer to use this free plugin that I’ve already built with what I need. I am simply trying to update the order and appearance of the columns in my directory. Does anyone have any helpful tips?

We need to sort the submitted entry list ASC or DESC.
There are 2 columns and the list should be sorted by column 2 automatically and not as our page shows now. Users must click the sorting arrows
Can anyone help with the shortcode or other solutions for this?

How to display multiple employees (multiple authors) for that company

In my directory listing, in that company profile, if I have a ‘management’ section that I will list multiple employees. Each employee has an user account. In that employee user profile, I want to let them choose the company that is in the directory. How do I get around this?

I want the employee name link clickable to employee profile. And the company name link clickable to company profile.

Adjust column width

Could someone please share instructions for adjusting the column width?

You can see that the last column is overflowing while the first three columns have tons of extra space. I would like to reduce the width of those first three columns and expand the width of the last column.

Gravity Forms Directory version: 3.7.1

I did this: Converted directory into Approved-only when an approved field is detected. Allowed logged-in users to edit entries they created, adding an ‘Edit Your Entry’ field to the Single Entry View.

I expected the plugin to do this: When a logged-in user edits their entry, Admin should have to approve the changes before it goes live.

Instead it did this: Changes take place immediately.

Repeating Field Info in Entry Listing

I did this: The information is being captured by a form here: https://elcontest.freshdezigns.com/resident-directory-form/ and displayed using the Gravity Forms Directory plugin here: https://elcontest.freshdezigns.com/resident-directory/.

I expected the plugin to do this: Show the individual entries correctly when selected from the directory.

Instead it did this: When I choose the entry to view all the specific details, some are repeating. They are not repeating on the backend, just how they’re displayed on the front end on the individual listing page. I’ve tried a default theme and deactivating all plugins but it remains the same

Reverse default results of Sort="ID"

Great plugin! I found in the documentation about using sort=”ID” in the shortcode to use that field to alphabetize the listings. This seems to work well using sort=”1.6″ for name, but the alphabetization is backwards.

Is there a method for reversing the direction of this sorting by default? Instead of Z->A, I’m hoping to do A->Z. Any insight would be appreciated, thank you.
