Greek characters show up as ????? in pdf invoices.

Greek characters appear as questionmarks but only in the product table of the pdf invoices. All the other fields like adresses, contact details, etc (outside of the product table) appear fine. Did anything chnage in the newer versions? I had a major update a few weeks ago that caused the issue, but I do not remember which version of the plugin I was using before. Now I am at version 4.7.2.
Is there an issue with the pdf generator?

Hello! I’ve noticed that the Taxonomy Block pulls a wrong Greek translation in article count. It is a singular-plural issue. Where does it pull the translation from? It’s not within Spectra, but I can’t find the mistake in the first place.
