Hi, I saw the posts about hovering but this doesn’t seem to be an option. The weird thing is that this is on a clone site where I am experimenting with changes. I haven’t encountered this problem before on the parent site. But unless I can make this work on the clone I don’t feel good about trying it on the public site.

I try to add an image/icon and the grey screen stops all progress. What is the fix?

I am trying to intstall your stripe payment plugin and when I click to activate it just gives me a blank grey screen. It does not prompt any errors. I have tried to remove all of the plugins except for woocommerce as well.

Menu Image not working

Hi,
the plugins works fine with previously added images (see the flag icon) or previously created menu items. However, today I’ve created a new item on the meny to add another image but the page goes grey and nothing happens.

Can someone help?

Hello,

I’ve been having an issue with my header image and featured images from blog posts that appear in the header once posted.

The images don’t show up when me or people visit the website from my Instagram or Pinterest (bio link). Instead of the image in the header, there’s a grey background.

I don’t know how to code. I checked my plugins. Nothing seems to help.

It works fine though when visited using computer, but not mobile.

*When I use Safari on my phone and go to the website the featured images in the header do show up!

It’s very confusing I don’t know what to do.

I also tried another theme just to check if the header image is going to appear once I visit the website from social media, and yess the image did show up!

So I suppose it’s my Roseta theme.

Had to rollback to 2.6.8 to create/edit popups

I was having an issue where I couldn’t edit/create popups in elementor, however editing regular pages in elementor still worked. I tried many of the suggestions for white/grey screen, but they didn’t help. I had to roll back to version 2.6.8 and now it’s working. Any suggestions as to why? Is it a bug?

Hello,

There is a page with elementor content that every time I try to edit it stays in the gray screen where it says “loading” and the elementor logo (url reads: https://localhost:8888/themeinwp/wp-admin/post.php?post=304&action=elementor)

Is there anything I can do to open the content and not lose the whole page completely?

Grey “Customize Loading” Screen; Can’t Customize Theme

Hello,

When I go to the “Appearance” Section, then to “Customize”, the Visual Screen of my site does not load.

I can click everything on the left side where you can customize your site, but nothing appears on the right screen.

My site is not down, I have tried deactivating plugins and changing themes, but it didn’t work.

Any help would be appreciated!

Screen greyed out when Backup clicked

I use this plugin on several sites and it only does this on one site.

When I click on the green Backup button in order to do a manual backup, the popup appears with options, but the entire screen (other than wordpress menu on left) is greyed out and I cannot select anything. I have to refresh the screen or select from wordpress menu to get out.

It does the same thing when I click on Migrate and Import as well.

I have the paid Silver version of the plugin.
