Cart and Checkout pages blank? Grey ‘loading’ boxes…?

Hi!

I noticed both cart and checkout pages have gone wrong. With an item in the basket – when viewing cart page – there is only the grey “loading” boxes – where the order summary and checkout details would normally be. This is also the same on the checkout page – grey boxes with the transition effect to show ‘something loading should be here’.

Work ok on desktop,

What has gone wrong here? Any and all suggestions and advice most welcome!

PayPal-Button greyed out after removing payment method

Today, I excluded the payment method “Giropay” from the button settings (Standard Payments / Disable Alternative Payment Methods), saved, and then my button changed to grey and does not work anymore:

I didn’t change anything else, all settings in “Connection” are okay, no error logs. Turning plugins/settings on and off again didn’t help either.

Disabling/Flushing caching didn’t help either.

Does anyone have an idea what the issue might be?

Grey hero video overlay

Hi, I’ve noticed since the last theme update that there is now a slight grey overlay on my hero video. This is also true on another page where a video is playing. Is there any recommendations on how to remove this overlay?

Image blur on variations problem

Hi, the problem I face is when I set ‘Disable preloader on loading variation images’ the image when selecting the variant is grey and only visible when you hover over it. I also regenerated thumbs after trying out. Still no direct visibility of the image. The Flatsome theme used has no settings that could prevent the image from loading without grey overlay…

Greyed out media library

Hello, I do have a problem with building a website, all the media files regardless of the used Theme are greyed out – no thumbnail and also after placing a photo for instance on the page it is greyed out – sometimes it is visible whilst editing with Elementor but on the preview or live page it is just grey. I’m sorry if I put wrong tags on this topic – kinda new to this.

Phone field is grey – can′t be selected

Remove or change header block on pages

Hello,

I would like to know if and how it is possible to change or remove the grey big block with the title on a lot of my pages.

If you go to link you can see the grey block at the top, but if you go to shop, and then klick on a product, the site has a pink header that is much smaller. I like the pink one better, how can I change all my pages except the home page to this header?

Grey space on top and bottom in Portfolio

Hi, I am trying to get rid off the grey area on the top and the bottom in my portfolio. If someone know how to fix this I would be very happy Have tried to edit image size, but it changes nothing. Take a look at the linked page and scroll down to “more projects”, below you will see a row of 4 featured images that is created with the portfolio widget in Elementor

The website is based on a elementor theme.

Zakra Agency Template – Grey Banner

Hi,

I start using the Zakra Agency template, I would like to reduce the height of grey banner that shows the 6 people on the demo.
I found the option to change some parameter here but not the height
Appearance > Customize > Content > Page Header > Background

Could you please tell me how to do it? (it is the free version of the theme)
