So, I understand even guest users can enter their name for the purpose of certificate generation. How do i capture this name in the leaderboard. All I see is guest.

Allow Non-Logged In Users to Download Invoices

Is there anyway non-logged in user are able to download & view the invoice in thank you page??

I am using Local by WP , when I tested the site in its live link I was redirected to an wordpress login page which is not what I want. I want the invoice to be viewed or downloaded in thank you page regardless of user logged status.

P.S:. I have not added customer/user account in my site.

Require registration for new customers

Dear all,

If a new customer (without being logged in) wants to buy a course, it clicks on Add To Cart, automatically gets to ../checkout/, then it needs to fill out its details, and can click on Place Order. After waiting for a minute, the error appears “There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

However, I want to require new customers to create an account before buying. I have unticked the boxes:

LearnPress -> Settings -> Payments -> Guest checkout: Enable guest checkout

WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts & Privacy -> Guest checkout, Allow customers to place orders without an account

However, new customers are still not forced to create an account. How to solve this?

How can I add that my room increase the price if instead of 2 guests enter 3, for example, a child. I want to charge that.

Also I would like to charge a person with DUI room.

Guest users trying a coupon create error

I have a couple of coupons set up, which work great with logged in users. However, if a guest user tries to use a coupon, they get the error screen (with the dropped ice cream with the message something went wrong). It’s not specific to any coupon as you can type anything into the code box and you get the same error.

I’m not seeing anything specific in the error console, and nothing is getting put in the phperrorlog. I’ve had to disable the plugin. Have you seen this before? Any ideas? I presume the ice cream error message is from this plugin?

Is OceanWP hiding the standard login checkbox and login option on checkout page?

I activated all options in WooCommerce > Accounts & Privacy >

Guest Checkout:
CHECKED: Allow customers to place orders without an account
CHECKED: Allow customers to log into an existing account during checkout

Account creation:
CHECKED: Allow customers to create an account during checkout
CHECKED: Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page

But the standard checkbox for creating an account during checkout is not shown neither login options during the checkout. The Login or Register form that is also shown in “my-account” page is just shown once before you enter checkout as a guest. But in checkout itself, the standard checkbox for registering or logging in isn′t shown at all.

Is this a OceanWP customization? Yes, I was logged out while checking this. I deactivated all my functions and CSS. Still nothing to see. Flushed cache also. Checked on another installation of mine. There with the activated options they are appearing without problem.

Woocommerce integration

I’m trying to best integrate woocommerce with my ProfileGrid/RegistrationMagic install. I am assuming I can’t just replace the woocommerce My Account page with my PG My Profile page as this would break the woocommerce endpoints? How do I best ensure that if people do wish to create an account whilst purchasing (if I allow account creation and guest users to buy) that they complete my RM registration form and not just a woocommerce registration form?

woocommerce checkout form will not recognise guest required field entries

My client’s online store is using Woocommerce and is set to Guest Checkout only. However, when a guest tries to checkout, their entered checkout fields are not recognised and the page shows a series of notifications stating that the “Billing First name is a required field” etc. for all required fields. When checking the system I have found that the checkout works if I am logged in though, all entered fields are recognised and the order is completed.

The theme & all plugins are up to date, as well as WordPress itself. I have tried deactivating plugins in case there is an issue there but that does not solve the issue. The Divi Theme is used (Child Theme) and I have not encountered this issue on any other online stores I have developed using the this theme with Woocommerce.

There has been a recent mySQL update on the client’s host server, but I have gone through the checks on the Woocommerce Status page and nothing seems to be amiss. Anyone have any suggestions? This issue appears to be happening in all browsers, devices and operating systems for this website. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

After upgrade, facing one issue while checkout as a guest.

Before upgrade,
