Good morning WordPress Gurus!

I am new to WordPress; my only website coding experience is from a lifetime ago doing basic HTML. Therefore, I have some working knowledge, albeit, I feel as though I’ve forgotten more than I can recall.

Anyways, I am hoping to find some assistance with understanding and correcting why the responsive table I have inserted using the short-code provided at the following link is not pulling the downloads I have ready to go: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_all_packages-list-all-downloads-in-tabular-format-in-a-page/

Ok so i instaled this plugin but i seems i dont know how to make what i want. Ill try to explain what i want: I have a service and products sections and i want to have a text there and when some people click on the text the popup with a list of products and services will appear.

It might be a simple thing to do but im really inexpirience wordpress user.
