I am looking for a plugin or other solution to encrypt email addresses of users already registered (and future registrants) on a clients jobseeker website.
Registered email addresses are not publicly viewable but can be harvested. There are plugins available of course, but I’m not clear which one will do this as most refer to encrypting emails on pages and posts… not the registered user area.
Any advice would be most welcome.
With kind regards
TheGasworks.
What is everyone out there using for doing this?
]]>I was writing my posts for a few months, personal posts, no other contributors. But numerous posts, hundreds.
I am no longer interested in continuing the domain and hosting. So I need to store the stuff.
I would wish to have an option where I can dump the whole content into a text file (or a readable format) so that I can refer to it in the future.
I see there is a database backup option which I might be able to figure out but again thats something which only another database software can read well. And might be a little more complicated to work with in the future (for me). A text file (or numbered multiple text files) would have been much simpler.
Can you suggest me a way I can do this.
May be someone can write a small script for this. I am sure this would be a useful utility for many others.
If this already exists and is well documented please send me information on this. And excuse this long email.
An email to [email protected] will help very much because I may not be able to log in here every now and then.
Sincerely,
Abhijit
