In the last week or so, for unknown reason Hebrew language is not showing on the PDF but only in the textarea tag and only in Hebrew. All other languages I tried (English, Spanish, French) are showing great and all other tags are showing Hebrew great including text tag.
How can I fix it?
Thank you so much
I used to use Mailpoet version 2 a few years ago which worked great with RTL (Hebrew) content.
Now, years after, I see it’s not available anymore and was replaced with v3. Well, after translating to Hebrew (Thanks, Loco!) all the major strings I needed, I set up the automatics newsletter to be sent once there’s a new post (I’ve chosen daily).
While I could add the needed HTML code to make sure my fixed content is RTL, unfortunately, I couldn’t do the same with the dynamic content (the posts’ excerpts and headlines). It get even worst when Hebrew and English are used on the same sentence. Everything gets mixed up.
I’ve followed your support page elsewhere (https://mailpoet.canny.io/feature-requests/p/rtl-support) and can see people are begging you to add RTL support eversince 2020!
Is it really that difficult to add
or whatever? You’ve built such a great plugin! Give us the ability to use your own mail server! But RTL support is your problem?
I trust you to not have this as a real obstacle. PLEASE make this small efforts to satisfy all your RTL users (Arabic, Hebrew, Persian etc…).
TIA.
We are using Spacious on a website, everything looks nice and works fine.
We would like to use next to English a rtl language (Hebrew), as well. How can we use the appropriate font and editing method with the rtl text?
We have Polylang plugin installed.
Thanks, Tamás
I’m using GridView (1.1.5). It’s cool and works nicely. Thanks!
There are blocks (or words) with Hebrew texts. How can the font be changed to a nicer Hebrew font (like Frank).
In many other themes there is an option for a given block for this, however, in GridView I don’t see this possibility.
Thanks and greetings
Haim
Hello, the plugin works effectively!
Glad to see there is a solution.
my questions
Thank you for a quick response!
I added Hebrew support to the plugin
Done some testing and found out it’s related to the attribute slug.
It seems that when the slug is in Hebrew, the attribute terms don’t show the color chooser field.
This does not occur when using the label or image attribute options.
Of course it’s easy to set the slug in English, but many Hebrew speakers will not know why this is not working and will use another plugin.
I installed and purchased the plug-in and performed a mail test – I did not find in the Mail Builder in the editor an option for the text to be in right-to-left language orientation (RTL)
Which means that question marks, exclamation marks, periods… are placed at the beginning of the line instead of at the end of the sentence.
I work in the Hebrew language – how can I configure the plugin so that the emails that are sent are sent as RTL?
The “Current Weather Short Condition” is showing in english instead hebrew.
There is an Hebrew translation for it?
Or how can i get the list of all the sentences to translate them myself?
