hi, i would like to ask one thing. I would like to create a website for ice hockey esport. Is it possible to use this add-on to set up a simple record of the result from a match for the given teams (players), which will then be automatically entered into the table? If it requires you to purchase a version for, I’ll be happy to buy premium version. I will give an example … the Tampa vs Rangers match will be in the match schedule, which the player will click and simply fill in and write down the result and any values (shots, powerplay goals, etc.), which will then be included in the table. It would also be a great option to send the result for confirmation to the other player, who will then be automatically entered into the table as soon as he confirms the entry. If so, could you write me instructions on how to do it. Thank you in advance for your answer.

Player list order problem (Hockey)

Hey.

I have a Hockey League WordPress site with your Sportspress theme, and have a problem with the player list, which in this case is used to showcase the points ranking of the league players.

What is the best way to make the Player list sort order descending by Points (Goals + Assists), but in the same time, if two players are tied in points, it would prefer the player with more goals over the position of the one with less goals. For Example, player with 5 goals and 2 assists would be ranked #1, and player with 2 goals and 5 assists would always be ranked #2, as it goes in Hockey.

Have tried this with different Sorting functions ( Goals x3 + Assists x2 etc…), but it seems always to get messed up at some point due to large indifferences in players stats (2 goals, 15 assists and so on), maybe I’m missing something :/

Player Statistics in Settings

The player stats labels are confusing me. I’ve been searching everywhere and also tested many sport-related plugins to use for my leagues website, but every single one falls short.

I require at least 17 player stat areas (it is a hockey league) but your plugin only has 7, with no option to add custom fields. The ones listed I assume are for soccer or something (I have only ever been interested in hockey so I have no clue the other sports rules/stats).

Is there a way to add additional fields to include all of a player’s gameplay stats, or is this plugin not meant for ALL sports and I should keep searching for others?

Stat fields for skaters are as follows:

Games Played, Goals, Assists, Shots, Shot Percentage, Plus/Minus, Power Play Goals, Short Handed Goals, Penalty Minutes, Hits, Wins, Losses, Overtime Losses, 1st star, 2nd star, 3rd star.

There are different headings required for the goalies, but the same number of stats to be logged.

I am currently doing everything manually in a table plugin for I guess you would call them pick-up games, but need this to be transformed into something more in-depth for league play with seasons.

I would like to display extended results like they are. I would just like to replace coloumn T (Tie) with other information, symbol or something, marking that win or defeat was in overtime or penalty shots. We have no TIE, as our league rules does not include tied results, we allways have to have a winner.
Please help me with display options.

Leaguemanager allows to define how many points team will get for:
1.win
2.win overtime
3.tie
4.loss
5.loss overtime

But in my case win overtime and loss overtime should be also equal to win after penalties shootout, loss after penalities.

How to make teams get those points after penalities?

I am making a site for hockey team and other sports teams. I have made a seperate bit of the site for the players to login to see what the coaches have posted via wordpress. What I want is every time a coach/admin makes a new page/site, it will automatically email/notify each player. Can this be done within WordPress? Or do I need a extension?
