Homepage broken

Hi,

my website worked fine with Elementor and other plugins like woocommerce and dokan. Now it is broken. I cannot visualize the Big Title Section, About, Features and so on, even if they are enabled. Yesterday the visualisation was better, but I could’t visualize the sections that I built with Elementor. I tried to disable the other plugins, but also that didn’t solve the problem. I also deleted the cache in wordpress and in my web browser but still it doesn’t work.
Could you please help me?

Frontpage content completely disappeared

I went to log into my site and all the content HTML, code, and graphics was completely gone.

I use Altitude Pro StudioPress theme and this has never happened before. My widget area has no code and missing basic HTML widgets and Image widgets.

The last plugin I installed was:

Super Progressive Web Apps

Even after sevral months it all worked fine. I go back this morning and all the content is gone.
other plugins:

W3 Total Cache
Autoptimize
gravity forms
and a few image portfolio plugins
Enhanced text editor

I hard coded pretty much all my frontpage. and it is gone,

Why would this occur and what can I do?

Storefront Install Error

Hi,

I am setting up a store with woocommerce and the storefront theme. Woocommerce installs just fine for me. I install the storefront theme and that installs fine. Once I activate storefront it brings up the prompt to install the homepage and sample products. I hit lets go and it errors out for me. The theme is still active but none of the default items are there and the homepage tools/blocks are not either. Once I get to the error screen, if I go back to my site the theme is on but no longer has the option to install the homepage tools/default products.

I am using bluehost as my provider and was curious if anyone else has had this issue or has any solutions to this problem?

cannot edit home page

I have made my first Woocommerce website (www.bcmgva.org). It is almost ready to go for a sale starting August 1st–but I seem to have lost the ability to edit my home page. I don’t have page labelled HOME–I put it together watching a tutorial. Initially it was in development state while I worked and when it switched to a live site, something went wrong–no homepage. Is there something that I have overlooked?

Front page of site is missing. There’s a link to the word “continue” instead–which leads to a 404! Error page.

All individual links to posts work, all categories present, except for the category, “front page”, linked to front page.

original homepage missing after subdirectory wp install

I recently installed WordPress in a subdirectory of the ftp of my website (using filezilla) and now the WordPress page www.mysite.com/blog works but the homepage for www.mysite.com has disappeared and gives me a “HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.” I have tried changing the index.php file, but then the WordPress site doesn’t show.

How do I get my homepage to show? Eventually all of the files from www.mysite.com will be moved over to the WordPress page, and then the WordPress page will become www.mysite.com. In the meantime, I would like to be able to see both.

After running for months, my homepage is now missing.

When I try to open my homepage I get the error message “There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file.” It’s not like I’m just now trying to install anything….It’s been running fine for months and my other pages are still ok.

Hi,

Around two days ago the homepage on my blog disappeared. When I type in the web address the screen is blank and the tab says g0sh4wk. The homepage has also disappeared from my dashboard, although blog posts and the About Us page are still there.

1) What is wrong?
2) Can I restore my homepage easily
3) How do I make a new one.

I’m relatively new to WordPress and just starting out so would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

i’ve tried playing around with the templates and also have noticed the templates only change in the subpages and the homepage when it was showing kept the old original page.

Can you please advice how I can make the home page work again + changing the template so it changes the homepage too.

Missing Homepage of Theme

We recently transferred a wordpress database from one hosting company to another and also upgraded from using a free theme to a premium theme. With the new premium theme, I am unable to see the home page because one of the pages (about) is using the main homepage permalink. It does not give me the option to change the permalink. If I delete the page when you visit the main url of the site, it says page not found. I need to detach the main url from that page so that I can see the homepage of the website. Also, we have blog posts and I added a page called Blog but do not know how to attach that page to the blog posts.
