Below this message is a list of the questions I allegedly did not answer. When I click on one of them, the wizard takes me back to the question, which I already answered. It even shows my answer. So for some reason it seems like the wizard saves my answers but doesn’t know it did.
Below these questions are two check marks named “show consent banner” and “enable cookie and script blocker”. When I check these, I can click on the blue “finish” button. After clicking the button, the wizard takes me to the customization of the banner.
Obviously I did click on “save” on every step of the wizard.
When I go back to the dashboard after finishing the wizard, there are two urgent tasks saying “Your site is not configured to show a consent banner at the moment.” and “Not all fields have been entered, or you have not clicked the ′finish′ button yet.” But I did click the finish button.
Does anyone of you have an idea where this problem comes from and how I can fix it?
I use WordPress (single site) with Elementor Pro. My PHP version is v8.2.22. I tried to set up the plugin on Chrome and Safari. There are no caching- or security plugins installed (yet). I used complianz on multiple sites in the past, so I know how to set it up. I had this issue a few months back on another site, but back then I just replaced complianz with another plugin because I was in a hurry so I didn’t find out how to fix the error.

]]>When trying to use this importer, I receive an error message:
Import You must have the ability to install plugins to upload an export file. Please contact the site administrator for assistance.
This error does not occur on my dev- branch on Pantheon, but does occur on my test- and live- branches. I believe this is due to the changelog item saying that:
Version 0.9.6 – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/customizer-export-import/#developers
- Restrict uploads to users that can install plugins for better security.
My guess is that this is because Pantheon restricts the ability to download/install plugins on their test- and live- branches, but allows it on the dev- branch. Due to this, this is a bad permission to attach to.

]]>I have had the Creator Plan for a few years and have been generally happy with the support.
But now the time to get help; absence of online chat assistance, and the overall decline in the quality of responses has forced me to consider leaving WordPress.
The cost of the Creator Plan is no longer worth it since the caliber of the promised support has denigrated to such a great degree.
Can anyone suggest and alternative platform where I might find better support?

]]>After much configuration and problem solving, my hosting’s support team came to the conclusion that mixed content may be causing the issue and that I should get in touch with a developer to help resolve this issue.
Part of me thought simply deleting the asset would help, but it just gave me an extra error, in addition to the mixed content error I was already receiving.
I’m just wondering what is the best way to resolve this issue so that my website shows secure across all browsers and platforms.
