How do I get it to pull through articles as they are?

Hi folks,

I cant figure out how to get posts to appear on my page as they have been designed.

It seems to reconfigure articles in ‘Courier New’.

I fully expect that it is something I am doing wrong but I’m not sure what it is.

This is the code I’m saving to the page: [catlist name=education] [catlist content=yes]

How do users post?

Firstly I appologise if it is not considered PC but have posted this in here and buddypress forum as I am not sure which has most relevence. My site has been in development since upgrading to buddypress 1.6.1, (not sure if that was the cause however) but just discovered prior to going live that where new registrations previously had (perhaps wordpress functionality-rather than buddypress -I dont really know) the ability to make post and were contributors by default. There now seems to be no access to the admin post-editor for a user, I guess they are not contributors by default, but how do I provide this functionality, or where does a user find it.

I want new registration to be able to post immediatly all be it pending editor role review.

Perhaps related I see that Network Admin Users are not now showing with the main blog as a site attribute, however in the members area they do show as members of the main blog.

Of course this is a multisite setup.

Any help appreciated

How to edit my pages (there is no pages bar)

Hi
I am unable to edit my wordpress site.. trelliscapital.com
It was edited by the web designer, and now I don’t know how. There is no “pages” link on the side bar.

When I click dashboard, it says:

1 post (hyperlinked)
8 pages (not hyperlinked – so I can’t click in)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I’m trying to install my first blog.

I have two posts under Recent Drafts
but I have 0 posts under Right Now At A Glance.

I’m not able to Publish..that is, put the 2 posts
in Recent Drafts in my live blog.

Also, I don’t know how to preview the site before
I put it up live.

How can I choose which posts to show in my feed?

I’d like to create certain posts that don’t show in my main feed on my homepage.

What I am going to do is keep a main feed that shows up on my home page for certain entertainment topics and then create a separate link to a different part of my site which will contain media files. For that media section, I’m going to create posts, but I don’t want them to show up on my main feed. I need to know how this can be done.

(Not sure if I can explain clearly here.)
When I first set up WP acct, set up blog under WP. Once my designer later set up custom version w/ own server, I stopped using original. And forgot about it til now…and would like to use. But I don’t see how to access to be able to post. (can you tell I’m not very technical?)

How to post huge articles?

I need to post a large series of articles but some of them have over 40k characters.

I noticed when I tried to post my first large article WordPress took me to a page not found error and posted nothing.

How can I can I post all these articles?
