Thanks for any help
]]>I haven’t been using Jetpack’s image caching, but recently my images are always being forcibly added to i0.wp.com, and the same goes for videos. As a result, the images often inexplicably fail to display, and the videos are all unplayable. What should I do?

leather-jackets-happy-customers-1519206977705-1530102989650.webp (400×400) (wp.com)
This is working fine from Pakistan, but if someone try to access website from outside of Pakistan rest of the world images are not visible to him. and reports error 400
]]>Our site is self-hosted and every setting in Jetpack is turned off, but we cannot seem to make the images appear in related posts.
How can we remove the i0.wp.com in the URLs?
https://i0.wp.com/stage.dmarge.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/best-documentaries-netflix.jpg?resize=350%2C200&ssl=1
Is there a function we can add to remove the i0.wp.com in the URL? Has anyone found another workaround for this issue? Reinstall the plugin (Jetpack version 11.7)

I do not use Jetpack (never had earlier either) yet, all images from my site are cached on your server.
1. Why are my images being cached on your servers?
2. Why is it so easy for anyone to simply add your link (i0.wp.com) in front of image link to easily bypass any hotlink protection.
3. Why is your system caching images from all types of sites and not just ones who are using Jetpack
4. Anybody is free to access image through your wp.com servers by only knowing the image url.
5. My copyrighted images like many others are freely being accessed/stolen by anyone through your servers and there is nothing I as the copyright owner can do about it.
Please advise what you can do about this as it is severely affecting my site results.
]]>I’ve unchecked Jetpack’s performance features and disabled the image and asset CDN.
Refreshed caches etc, resaved paged and widgets.
However, ALL the site’s images still have the //i0.wp.com/ prefix in the source HTML output. This isn’t isolated to one site – I’ve experienced it with 5 sites I’ve been working on that use Jetpack.
It seems to be impossible to remove the inserted image url references to jetpack/photon.
Do I have to redesign the entire site and upload all new images to remove the inserted //i0.wp.com/ references, or is there a better way?
Would appreciate your input. Thanks.

But in the post, the link is changed to:
https://i0.wp.com/commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Dapper_Gentleman.jpg?ssl=1
(and this reports an error “Error 0005. The type of image you are trying to process is not allowed.”)
This has worked before, so this is a new problem.
