USM Premium settings and also icons on page have all disappeared

Dear people,

after the expiry of the USM Premium account, the account settings have disappeared, as have the the icons on the pages too. Normally, those settings and the icons too should stille be active after the term for which was paid, right?

However, the license code still shows on the account settings page. When I check the license code on Sellcodes, I am not able to resume. It only says: Pending for renew from Paddle.

Can somebody please help me retrieve my account settings and make the icons display again?

Hello. Updating a new Genesis theme with this plugin. The social icons aren’t showing. Instead blue squares show… See the Above Header Menu and the first box under the about on primary side bar to see what’s happening for our page.

We are using the free version of the plugin, but the icons have stopped showing in the widget. I have updated WordPress and the plugin which resolved the problem on a clone site, but not on the other site. Can you shed any light on this?
The icons are supposed to be at the bottom of the side widget. They are taking up the space but nothing is showing.

Hello, at the footer of https://serieslandroverreview.co.uk/ we used your free plugin, it went live a few days ago and everything worked fine. Today the text Sharing Is Caring still shows but the icons don’t. Can you help out? We are using the WP version prior to WP5.

Icon Disappeared With Update

So I just updated the plugin and now all the social media icons have disappeared? This is my site >> Skintdad.co.uk

I’ve cleared the browser cache and that did nothing. I’m using wp super cache which I also cleared and that didn’t work either?

Lastly I’m using Maxcdn so could it be that causing the issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Search Icon disappeard after Upgrade

Hey there,
I am currently working on a page where I use the vantage theme.
Here ist the Website:

After the Upgrade of Worpress and Vantage theme (I did it both at the same time, so I dont know what exactly caused the Problem) my search Icon and the Icon to Scroll Up to Top have dieappeared.
I have already seen the other topic https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/search-icon-has-disappeared?replies=3 but that didnt help me.

One thing to note:
I am using a child theme, so maybe that is the reason why the workaroung postet above is not working (although I cant seem any reasons why there should be a difference)

Hope you can help me.

Icons disappeared; rather they turned into funny symbols

The icons in the middle of the nice little squares (background color), have disappeared and have been replaced with a funny little “eso2” square symbol.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin, but I’m still have the same problem. The only thing I can think of that coincided with the issue, is that I uploaded a new favicon to the images file, but I can’t see how that would affect this plugin.

TinyMCE Editor – Buttons disappeared

Last night everything was okay, but when I woke up and logged in I noticed all of the buttons in the TinyMCE Editor had disappeared. This is not a problem on my side, as other users are having the same problem.

What I’d love to know is how this could have happened and if anyone knows how to fix it? Thank you so much for your help!
