Tried Elementor and found it did not meet my website’s needs. I did not select autopay, but was charged anyway. Company refused refund – even though plug in was not activated, and had not been used. I provided a screenshot of my email, showing I was not notified, and they could not provide proof they did notify. If you look at their FB page, you will see many similar complaints.
Their customer service is horrible, and billing practices are illegal. As someone who creates many websites, I would not use, nor recommend Elementor to anyone.

confusion was with their payment processor, not with their app.
once i got thru that, app was amazing – apologies if this 1 star turned anyone away from the app.

I paid for this app, with high hopes for its functionality.
I never received a license or a download link.
I checked my PayPal and bank statement and confirmed I had paid.
I brought it up with their support.
Their support refuses to acknowledge the clear proof that I have paid for the product.
I have escalated the issue with PayPal and am not worried about my money, PayPal is good at protecting users from fraudulent companies like this.

Be warned. Whomever is operating their customer support (Magazine3.com apparently) is either intentionally crooked or totally inept.

I used the plugin for a few days, everything was going good until I got spam links being posted to my page. I got messages from all friends and workers asking if my page was hacked. I knew exactly where it came from since this plugin was the only one that was authorized to only post what came from my WordPress articles.

I advise anyone who is interested in this plugin to steer away and DO NOT use. Unacceptable. This will be reported to WordPress.

Cannot connect to FTP under PORT mode.

I have opened a FTP server and hoping to save my backup on it, but when I use PORT mode, it tells me:
“* PHP event code E_WARNING: ftp_nb_fput(): Illegal PORT command. (line 93, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/ftp.class.php)”

That was odd because I have tested that through the FileZilla Client on my computer and everything worked just fine. Is there a possibility that the code have some problem? (Such as a faulty command have been used?)

Please, I am running out of method to keep my data safe…
