Hello,

When I hover “i” button to see the photo/product description information, it is not readable because of transparency I think or color. Whatever I have done to correct this at photo gallery settings, it did not work. Can someone else help please?

how to add background colour to blog page

I have a background image set on my site but I really only need it for my home page. As is, it makes the blog posts impossible to read. Can I set the background image to be on the home page only or can you tell me how to set a background colour on the blog page so that they are readable? I can’t do coding…I’m afraid of it. I’m sure I saw settings within the dashboard previously but I just can’t find them again. It’s surely something simple but I cant get it. I’d be very appreciative if anyone can advise. Thanks

h2.postitle a on mobile is illegible

On the home page on mobile/smaller sized screens, the post thumbnails’ titles appear as white with no background which makes them illegible. I’d like to add a background to the h2 or the a, I’ve tried a variety of stuff in Custom Code including these:

@media only screen and (max-width: 960px) {
h2.postitle { background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3) !important; }
}

@media only screen and (max-width: 960px) {
h2.postitle a { background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3) !important; }
}

Neither has any effect. Any help would be much appreciated.

Note, I’ve change a few other things in Customize > Misc > Custom Code, no problem. Not sure why I can’t get this one to budge.

I tried adding this CSS to the Theme Editor:

.wpcf7-form-control !important {
	color: #000000;
}
.wpcf7-form-control !important {

}

}

However the text is still grey.

Posts are in layers and are illegible..?

Version 3.8.5 with Simplo theme.

I’m sure its simple to resolve this issue, can someone have a quick look please?
I have been unable to find the issue, for the past few months.

The blog category shows all the post at one time when the user clicks on the “Blog” heading in the side bar..?

change open sans in dashboard

This typeface is tiny and scrunched in my new dashboard — not what Open Sans is supposed to look like and I’m using the default settings in my browsers (chrome and firefox, most recent versions, mac mavericks).

Please, it is nearly illegible and looks horrendous. I’ll have to change the core files but don’t want to do this for every install, on every update.

Hi,

My site is https://www.timelessfinance.com — Feedburner Form is in the header.

I upgraded to version 1.4 of your plugin. I like that there’s now field text. I don’t like what has been done with the submit button.

On my site the submit button says “OK”. The text used to be black but after the update the text is white. It’s barely legible to me in both Chrome and IE9. I don’t know why the text colour would change with the update (or at least why we weren’t given the ability to change the submit button’s text colour).
