primary product page image is distorted

Help- the primary product pictures on all product page are all of a sudden showing up huge, while the rest of the pictures in the carousel are normal– can someone please help me understand why this occurred as these are all the original product images that have been on the site for last year, and yet now the primary image is all out of whack.

My site used Woo Commerce as well if that means anything

Could something have happened to the template? I can’t even seem to find the child Aveda template (not sure what this means for images though)

I am at a loss as to how to fix and have wasted days googling, re-uploading images etc.

Hi there,
After adding the image with size 1500×1500, I edited the size to 400×400 like the default images but it displays not like the default images. Do you know how to fix it?

Images not displaying properly

I moved the site to a Cloud and did a fresh install of both programs using wp 4.8 and zen-cart 1.5.5. I got these same results with the images. Therefore I updated to wp 4.9.1 because if you are going to fix things it might as well be for the latest version.
The images where displaying but are showing up way to large as you can see in the images or on the website.

Error #-600: File Size Error

I currently have the WP User FrontEnd available on my website to allow registered users to upload posts w/ photos on their own. This is made available in Mobile View as well since most people use their phones to take photos and upload them. So I enabled Image Upload in Post Area so that people can add images or photos while they create their posts. One problem I encountered while testing this plugin is that, when I try to “Insert Photo” in the post, I keep getting Error #-600: File Size Error.. Is there a way I can increase the max size of the image so that users can upload most of their photos in the post area? If so, how can I do it?

Image gallery bug

I installed and posted two test jobs however; my job board page (showing the list if available jobs in a summary) and the post page (showing the job detail) both show an image that covers 97% of the text. This makes the plugin unusable for people to post. Has anybody else had this problem?
I can add in custom css such as the code below on the job board page to change the image size but it doesn’t save, it keeps defaulting back to the original format.

}

Any ideas?

NaN error when scaling images

We recently updated wordpress and now when I try to scale images it gives me an error of NaN. It never did this before. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Is this something common when updating. My website is BoostRewards.com if you need it. I didn’t build this site I just manage it.

I looked for previous examples of this but the only ones I found were between 1-3 years old and didn’t seem to apply to me.

Hopefully I included everything I needed but if there is something else let me know. Thanks everyone.
