Adding text to images

I have problems to find a gallery plugin in which I can add different text to each image.
The text can be quite simple – I understand that I possibly can have different types of text – let’say ALT text, image description and maybe text from the images’ metadata.

Earlier I could do this with the Codexin image gallery – but this plugin hasn’t been updated last 2 years.

Any suggestions – or comments to the Codexin ?

Hi, I am not a pro at all, learning as I go, please be gentle with me.

I was happy with the website and it all looked good, but somehow, in the last few months, the text that went under the heading with my Image Text has stopped showing up.. If I go into edit, I can see it there, but only the Image and heading shows up.

I tried adding a new Image Text and am having the same problem. It has happened on 8 different sections of the website, so something has happened across the whole site, not a change I have made.

I am hoping someone can help me, I am totally at a loss.

Image/Text aligment in elementor

I can’t find a way to align the text and rice fields image. Ideally, I would want the paragraph 1 and image to be left aligned, and para 2 and the image to be top aligned. I have checked all the margins and padding, everything is set to 0. The column gap is set to No gap. I have no idea where the padding is coming from.

Also, I would like to reduce the gap between the title, Summary, and paragraph 1. I don’t want to overlap the columns. Right now the spacing between the columns is none, but the somehow the text itself in both the columns have got padding around it.

Please help!

Hi There,

I would like the Post Carousel images to have a background overlay by default, and I would also like the image text to be visible by default. Currently the overlay and text is only visible on hover. Could you help me inject some CSS to achieve this?

Upon hover I’d like to simply darken the overlay, but I think I already have the correct CSS for that function. This is what I’m currently using for darkening the hover overlay.

Alt-text not working in Emails

There’s a resolved topic for this — but the issue isn’t resolved…

When I send an email with images that I’ve used the alt tag — by clicking on the image and typing it in, the EMAILS that are sent don’t display the alt tag. They just have big whitespace.

Images on my presentation page are missing Image "Alt Attributes"

I have gone into the media library and all of my images that I have uploaded to the presentation page have Alt Attributes for Google SEO optimization, however when I look at the code on the site, it shows this: alt=”” What am I doing wrong? Possible Autoblog Issue – Image & Text

Hi,

I hope I have come to the right place and I hope you can help.

I have a website here News-Today-Online.co.uk. Some of the recent posts that my Autoblog does for me are good and works well. However, I noticed that since I have changed to a different server it is acting strange. Take a look at a recent news story with an image.

It will take you to the news story everything is fine. But, you will notice that the image covers some text and when viewed in IE browser the image moves more and moves upwards.
I am familiar with some HTML and PHP and have looked around for the issue. The only thing I am able to find is that when I find the post within my wp-admin area I see this in the coding:

and worked. If you search for or find the zimmerman story you will see it working correctly now. But, I can’t do this for over 8,000 posts and also for every new post or news story that comes through.
