Store image url instead of ID (to display in smart slider pro) ?

Hi everyone,

I still got my Pod for displaying hotels. Of course I got some images. I’m trying to use dynamic content in Smart slider 3 pro to display the hotels list as a carousel. No problem for the texts. But the images are blank with ouptut code .

According to Smart Sider dev, the reason is that pods file field stores image ID instead when Smart Slider looks like for an image url/path. Is there an option I missed or a way to store the file url (perhaps in a calculated field) ?

Hi, I’ve read your article https://yoast.com/video/ask-yoast-how-to-update-images-without-losing-rankings/ and had a question which the team advised me to post here.

I wanted to clarify, when Joost says ‘keep the same URL’ does he mean

keep the same URL of the page that the images are on? or
keep the same URL of the image itself?

If (2), I’m not sure that this is possible? Certainly not through wordpress media upload, which creates a new image url? How would you do this?

secure site with http image urls

Hi-
On some browsers on PCs I’m seeing a site not secure warning. We’ve had a SSL for some time. Looks like several image urls are showing up as http instead of https.

This is occurring with images that were uploaded years ago as well as recently uploaded images.

I’m working on a staging site since the old one I inherited is not mobile friendly.

How can I change the main image url to a new (keep filename)

So I want to replace all urls of my main images from /wp-content/xxx.xxx-xxx/year/mont/ to

(And is there a way to also include variants or is that implicit?)

But I didn’t find on the documentation any way to get reliably the cover photo ONLY if the user has one and set as background to my “body” element.

List Media items used in each Post

I’m trying to generate a list of media items used in each of my sites Posts and Pages. I want to migrate to a new site, but I want to remove dozens of old posts and pages that are no longer relevant, so I only want to migrate media items that are associated with the posts and pages that are going to be moving.

I’ve found a couple of plugins that export media URLs but they don’t include the post title, or export post titles, but don’t include image URLs.

Does anyone have any idea how this can be done? I have access to phpMyAdmin and have a little knowledge of SQL queries, but not enough to do what I need – not without some assistance!

Images Don’t Load from Cloudflare Images

I use the plugin Offload, Store, Resize & Optimize with Cloudflare Images and it automatically changes the image URL of all images to the image URL hosted by Cloudflare. I haven’t run across any issues with the plugin yet, and it handles image ads by Advanced Ads and similar plugins; however, I definitely prefer this plugin, but when I have an ad/image loaded in the sidebar, it’s pulling directly from my server and, for some reason/somehow, not being “filtered” to use the Cloudflare Image. I’m not sure what makes this plugin different from the 50+ others I have installed or other advertising plugins, but it’s the only one that doesn’t apply the Cloudflare Image URL.

Any ideas why?
