Hi everyone,

I deleted all unattached images. Turned out half my images disappeared. Now I’m kinda scared to do it again, while I know I have a few that actually ARE unattached. How do I now figure out (in a fast way) which ones are save to delete, or is this weird bug-thing something I can fix??

Hi,
Any suggestions what might cause images to be deleted from media for products either garalry contents or long description images?
also any way to monitor images deletion from media as it happened twice.

I only have Smush free version installed (https://profiles.www.ads-software.com/wpmudev/)for images optimization.

a lot of of my products without images in description and galary without any clue why.

Hello all,

Every day 1 or more images are being deleted from different galleries. I have galleries named streetnames first it was only the latest created galleries w, y, z range. Today a street starting with the letter B was deleted?? That gallerie was created months ago??
Anyone any ideas?

Images are getting deleted from Azure storage

Hello,
I am using the free plugin only to store images on Azure blob storage.

My images keep getting deleted. I had set CDN purge to be manual purge only. Yet the images were still getting deleted after that.

Other blobs on my Azure storage account are fine, however, this media blog is the issue.

What could be causing this?

I ran the Media Cleaner on this website and a lot of images were found as unused. I placed them in the Trash of the Plugin and the website was working fine.

When i emptied the trash (around 5Gb), a lot of images from the website were deleted?

I thought that the idea of having a Trash directory is to check if everything is OK with the deleted images and then totally get rid of them.

Why is this happening?

Hi,
In my site i am facing problem with images i had uploaded while created post but after some they are disappeared and showing cross on image icon. When opening image link its showing file not found. I am not able to find why image files are deleting from media folder. In upload folder image thumbnail are showing but image not showing.
I had uploaded them again but again they disappear. Can some please help me

Hello Plugin authors. I really want to thank you for your efforts to bring us this awesome free plugin. unfortunately However, while testing it out on my website, a funny bug kept occuring. Infact, Whenever a user uploads an image in their profile or the activity section, it publishes perfectly and when you click on it gets bigger with a nice pop up and a word in the bottom left reading “image 1 of 1”. But, when the user refreshes the page and clicks again on the image it gets bigger with a the same pop up but this time in the bottom it reads “image 1 of 27” (that 27 is a random number i guess because each time a different number displays). Next to it there is a ‘next’ link with an arrow like this “Next>” and sometimes “< previous next >”. When the user click on either one of the links to go to a next image ‘apparently’, the pop up transforms to a bar that keeps loading and nothing happens, and when you click elsewhere to exit and then refresh the page, you find that the image was deleted. it’s like clicking on the next or previous links deletes the image. I hope you can reproduce this issue on my website and i’ll be here waiting for your response to assist you further with more infos or screenshots if you prefer to. Please write to me back soon. I install Amaazon S3 and cloudfront plugin and integrate to my S3 Becket
When i move all images on S3 server it delete most of images are deleted from my server and never see on S3 Becket , so where i can found those images.
