Images disappearing on some devices

Our images have disappeared from our Media Library and front end on some devices.
This site is on the Avada theme, and they have had a look and can see images on their end so unable to replicate it and figure out what is wrong.

I can see the images in Media Library incognito, but can’t see them on front end.
I can see the front end images on Android mobile.
Several people can’t see the front end images on iphone devices, but can on their pc or laptop.

Can anyone suggest what I can do to fix them?

Images not loading, text boxes are inaccurate

Hi, I’ve had an impossible time loading images onto the story template. I can upload into media galleriy but it will not load or refresh or do anything except “keep loading” without realizing. Also, the text boxes feel like a moving target, I can’t place my cursor on the box and write my text as usual. It feels off completely.

Issues with images after v1.8.9

Hi there,

After update 1.8.9, a logged-in user (admin like myself) can’t see any images throughout the site. I’ve tried clearing cache on the backend and yet the problem persists.
With the plugin disabled, images appear instantly. It seems the plugin is the issue here, I don’t mind being on the 1.8.8 version, as I don’t need CCPA. If you have the older version available I can downgrade.

Nextgen gallery does not load in Firefox

I am using nextgen 1.9.13 on a site built on platform pro (pagelines). I want to show a gallery in the header. Everything works fine in Safari but in Firefox the images do not load. I cannot upgrade to nextgen 2 because platform pro does not support it.

Problems loading pages

Hi, I am not sure if the plugin is compatible with tablets (Android browser?) but when I try to view the site, it flickers all over the place and just doesn’t stabilise. I thought it might have been just a thing with tablets, but then I got this toady from someone using a normal PC…”I am having trouble veiwing your galleries to get the images …… The page scrolls down then bounces back to the reloading so I dont get to see or read any attached data.

I think that sounds similar to what I am seeing on the tablet. Has anyone seen this before? What have I done??

troubleshooting premium themes/images won't load

I recently purchased a theme from ThemeForest.com and after installing, I can’t load any images in the header as I am supposed to be able to do. the template allows for me to load a logo and favicon, yet the live demo had placeholders for banner at the top and on the the side. has anybody had a problem like this in the past?

HTTP error while loading a particular image

I am using WordPress 2.9.2 and I have had troubles loading a normal .jpeg file.

On this particular image it causes an “HTTP” error just as it starts to crunch the image. Others seem to load up fine.

I have done some research and yet nothing seems to work. Any ideas much appreciated.
