Hi guys, I’ve been using the old WordPress Product Review plugin and would like to remove it as it is long since unsupported. Can I use the Otter review block to import these old reviews somehow? Or perhaps there is another way? Someone told me to take screenshots and re-enter everything but this feels like an impossible task at this point given my dozens of reviews!

Cannot Import Reviews Manually

Hi,
As lastly the new reviews are not imported automatically, from time to time I try to import them manually using the Advanced tab.
However, recently I’ve tried to do it and I find several issues:
– dates are not imported any more
– even if I add manually the dates, when I press the import button, I come back the initial Advanced tab

I purchased the Reviewer plugin some time ago and only just discovered it has been discontinued. : (

I would like to switch to Site Reviews if it is possible to import the reviews from the Reviewer plugin. Has anyone done this or know how to do it?

But it is only showing 5.
When I do the manual import it says 78 reviews couldn’t be imported because they don’t have dates.
How can I fix this problem?

Dates of Reviews are Changing on me!

I edited the dates in the reviews so they aren’t all one month like how it was when it was imported. Then for some reason the reviews keep changing their dates and orders so I keep going back in every day and redoing it. I went two days without doing it and now all the reviews are in October! HELP!
